The staff at the spot always argue and think they are always right with any situation. And than they dick you around and possibly the laziest people that I have ever seen . Due to my work I don't have much time and I'm always late because they want to take there sweet time.

Always very happy w/the front staff as well as the pharmacy staff... pharmacy is always crazy busy (mostly w/rude drive thru peeps)... there's been lots of change over this last yr... but I'm always treated so nicely & patiently. I highly recommend

This is a bad service oriented pharmacy- very bad. "Slow" would be suggesting they move at all. Waiting 20/30 minutes is standard. No "hello", "hi", "how can I help you?" - nothing. It's pretty bad. Highly recommend the Albertsons Pharmacy directly across the street. My insurance prefers WallGreens - but , I've successfully been putting that change off. Just ridiculous that this store/pharmacy is in Idaho.

After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, a pharmacy technician took my call. When I asked to sync-up my prescriptions, she told me that this was not convenient at the moment and would have to take my number so someone could call me back. The Eagle pharmacy is constantly backed up at the drive-through and the lines in the store are longer than they should be. Unfortunately, todays incident was the last straw and I transferred my prescriptions to another local pharmacy with better customer service.

There's a guy that runs the pharmacy that's the only competent employee. The rest are just awful. My husband is a retired pharmacist and catches them in fibs (lies) constantly. Sadly, Walgreens and CVS pushed out and bought up the majority of the small ma & pa pharmacies.

If I could give a zero I would. I went in at 10:30 this morning and they told me to come back at two to get my meds. I came by at four and the tech told me they didn't bother to fill my prescription because my insurance doesn't cover it. I won't be coming back to Walgreens and I won't be advising any people to do so either since this was a medically urgent medication

I have had too many bad experiences here to not finally leave this review. Over the years they have made so many mistakes that after using Walgreens for 20 years I am looking at other options. It can't be worse than this. The most recent incident (of many): Walgreens canceled my prescription. They didn't let me know about this in Any way. They didn't call. They didn't text me (I am subscribed to texts), they didn't notify me (I have their app). This is a medication I can't just not take every day. I was told if I run out and can't get more from the pharmacy for any reason that I should go to the ER to make sure I don't miss a dose. When I realized it wasn't in my order the next morning and called they blamed it on their new computer system. When I went in on my way to work that morning since, again, I needed to take it; they said, "it'll be ready in about 30 minutes"... despite knowing they messed it up, and despite me calling in ahead of time, so I guess I'll have to go to work and then come back to get the prescription They messed up, meaning I was late to work for nothing, and my dose will be late no matter what I do... Nice!
