“Picked up a U-Haul trailer for a 1700 mile tow. The owner was very helpful -- made sure I got a trailer with good tires and hitched it to my Jeep so I had no worries towing.He also helped me plan for my upcoming move. I've reserved a truck and car carrier; my particular vehicle requires extra straps, so he brought up Amazon and showed me exactly what to get. Look forward to doing business here again in June.”
“If you just rent a trailer instead of a vehicle, it is extremely well priced. It requires a tow hitch of course, but so much cheaper. I personally cannot afford the cost per mile and additional fees they charge for the trucks. I rented a trailer for 24 hours on two separate occasions for approximately $20 each time. Plus, you can return a trailer after hours by yourself.”

“The guys at Abyss towing were awesome, and went out of their way to help me get squared away. When I got there I felt like I was walking into the Cheers bar and I was Norm...it was GREAT! I just wish I had a reason to go more frequently.Word to the wise: Lee (the Owner) is a guy, don't let his sexy voice fool you on the phone. That being said, when I messed up and said "thanks hun" he didn't bat an eye.All in all Lee and Chris were great and took care of me like I was family.”

“I have a storage unit there. The ones you pay for have concrete in front of the door, but the "one month free" lockers with your truck rental have big gravel! And they are U haul trucks with the tires taken off, so they sit on the ground. Just FYI.”
“The people on both ends were friendly and helpful. The truck ? was missing the center seat and the quiet cab was definitely not quite. Overall mostly what I expected for a rental truck.”

“Trailer worked fine. However, When I first made this reservation, I was informed by staff at the site that I had to have an inspection of my vehicle to make sure that it could properly tow this 6x12 trailer; so I showed up early to do that, at which time a different clerk said we don't need to do those . So which is it? Do you or don't you? I thought it silly that after entering all of my vehicle data in your web reservation forms (2014 F-150 4x 3.7 turbo) that someone would question whether a 1/2 ton Ford pickup would have any difficulty towing this rather small (in the grand scheme of things ) trailer.”
