“I stopped by on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed, because my check engine light was on. I wish I'd gotten the name of the technician because he was very friendly. He discovered a blown fuse and replaced it and checked my coolant because I asked. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was no charge. Fast, courteous, and inexpensive!! Quite the trifecta!”

He took his time answering all questions and went over what absolutely needed to be done, what was concerning, and what looked good. New tires and full inspection on both, also fluid exchanges and preventative maintenance on my truck. The shop was fair in their pricing. “I went in this past Saturday to have my car looked at. When I arrived, Geoff came up to me and had me explain what was going on. When we realized what the problem was, he was very helpful in explaining how we will be fixing the issue. He took action right away and the problem was solved. He asked me to come back a couple days later to make sure it was running properly like it needed to be. Big shout out to Geoff for saving my car!!! Very efficient and thorough. “During our recent visit for an oil change, we noticed that the splash guard was left hanging under the front of our car, as it hadn’t been properly reattached. Upon returning to Valvoline, we were thoroughly impressed by Anthony’s handling of the situation. He promptly secured the splash guard temporarily, ordered new fasteners at no cost, and promptly informed us when the parts arrived. The final repair was completed just a few days later. The level of service provided by Anthony and the Valvoline team was exceptional.
The only reason for giving four stars instead of five is the original oil change pricing, which we found to be a bit high.”
