None of the cars readers work. Employees say it my cars. But no one could use card. Stopped selles swisher sweets. But carry all other brands of cigars. Employe that helped me was rude. Go spend your money somewhere else. JOKE!

They need to fix their pump screens. It takes about 20 seconds to register that there's a debit card inserted while the debit card is locked in the reader.

First time in I was honestly shocked it was even a Jackson's. Looks much nicer than 90% of other Jackson's locations (which tend to be blah, mundane and uninspiring gas station convinence stores which are vastly overpriced). The fact that Jacksons actually did this location without buying it already done by Fast Eddie's was nearly mind blowing. I didn't know that Jackson's even had that level of creative ability in their line of producing the most boring, overpriced convenience stores known to human kind. The staff were actually incredibly nice too which was another shocker. Well done Jackson's, didn't know you had it in you! ??

Hands down the best gas station in Southwestern Idaho. I nearly biffed it in the icy parking lot, and their outstanding, ambitious, and dedicated employee Jacob saw. He was quick to react as he sprinted to the frozen lot and began throwing salt on the pavement. Rumor has it if you feed him licorice he does a cartwheel and grants you three wishes. This establishment also has the Celsius I like and fresh bananas.

Stopped in Christmas eve to get some hot Coco left empty handed. I politely asked the employee if they could check the Coco as it seemed to only be putting out hot water with the occasional bit of Coco i assume it was plug up. He just came over ran it for a sec and said it's brown so it's working I try to fill again and the whole cup was just warm water I dumped the cup my husband and I purchased his coffee and we left.

Jackson, s stores in particular call police over anything! However the Manager on occasion at least alerted Me ,, BEFORE he Called police , which is just a waste of everyone, s time, but it's a symptom of the times we live in, particularly at Jackson's stores, if you stay in the parking lot to long? They call the Cops?Also, it's a Very Busy location for only One Toilet!!

Well….. I guess personal phone call are more important then taking care of customers. I was standing at the counter for 10 minute and did not receive even an acknowledgment that I was there. When the gal came back in for outside talking on her cell phone she went straight to the back room still talking on her cell phone. Finally a some gentle men came and and wend to the employee only doors to find someone to help us out. She still remains on her phone as she went to the register to check us out. Customer service sucks!
