Loved our quick stay here last month. Convenient location near Eagle Island State Park. We really enjoyed the little features in the room and the little kitchenette. Would work really well for a long term stay!

This hotel is located in a great place with many options for food and fun. The employees at the front desk had zero hospitality. I was even offered 2 free waters for enrolling into the Hilton Honors and then the gentleman awkwardly retracted the offer. Our room smelled like a Lysol explosion. But there was hair in the bathroom and it wasn’t immaculate. Many unruly teenagers ran the halls and even knocked on our door. The pool water was intolerably cold. The gym is great!Food & drinks: Many local restaurants, some within walking distance.

Only downfall is because of COVID they are still only cleaning rooms every 3 days. If I'm paying this much for a room, I prefer to come "home" to a made bed and cleaned out trash cans. Other than that, good sized suite. Nice pool. The Hilton app for the digital key is awesome.

Clean comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast in the mornings. Lacking a hot tub. Nice park nearby. Bike rentals available.

We recently stayed one night at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Eagle, Idaho while visiting family in the area. We were absolutely blown away by the wonderful customer service, cleanliness, staff friendliness, quick responses to questions, helpfulness, etc. We travel at least a few times a year and, unfortunately, we rarely encounter such top tier experiences like we did during this stay. Every single staff member we interacted with from the front desk, housekeeping, custodial staff, breakfast cooks,... every single employee made eye contact with us, smiled, and greeted us. Staff even held the elevator doors for us if they saw us coming and allowed us to use it first before them. In one instance, they even waited for the next elevator with a smile on their face! This may sound silly, but I genuinely felt as if they cared about us which helped dissolve the stress we were feeling after a 4.5 hour drive! The room was simply immaculate. I'm the type of traveler to check the pillows, bedding, phone receiver, remote, handles, counters, and bathrooms for any sign of uncleanliness before I can relax. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything spotless! (The pillows were just divine!) There were two young gentlemen running the breakfast area who were working very diligently to keep the food fresh and hot (tasted delicious and had great variety) who did an exceptional job. I told my husband that when we come back to Idaho, I insist on staying at this same hotel from now on. We will be back!Nearby activities: The hotel has bikes you can rent so that you and the family can bike along the beautiful river walkway!

We loved our stay. Clean and comfortable room. Good room and kitchenette layout. Bed was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well presented. Dining area was spacious.

I can’t rate the rooms or service because I DIDN’T EVEN STAY at the hotel but I got charged for 9 rooms that were blocked for my daughter’s wedding. I didn’t realize I was supposed to cancel them if no one booked. My bad. Now I KNOW NOT TO BOOK HERE for my next daughter’s wedding.

We called the front desk on the morning our third day and asked for room service. We made certain the “do not disturb” sign was not out when we left. There was a housekeeping cart in the hall but no staff on the floor.When we return the room had not been serviced. On calling the front desk the response was “your do not disturb sign was out” and no body knew anything about the call I made to the desk in the morning. We were basically told “too bad.” My wife had to ask three times for fresh towels.The next day we could not find anyone in charge and were blown off by the front desk clerk. My wife has tried to speak to rye manager who has never returned a call.We have been staying at another hotel in the area, 4 to 6 times a year. We also have several family members who all visit Boise on a regular basis.NEVER AGAIN!

The property itself was beautiful.The staff and management was the worst our group has ever had at any Hilton property.We ended up moving to the Boise location as a result. The staff at that location was so much better and what we are used to.

we loved staying here! great location, amazing staff. we didn't have any issues during our stay. Pillows were extremely comfortable!! Pool was clean and very well kept. Staff was amazing greeting us each time we left or came back to the hotel. Very Spacious rooms. we will be back:)
