Some of the poor reviews seem to be about someone on a customer care line, not this actual branch. This branch is large and beautiful inside, and adequately staffed at least when I was there. The person on the phone had that information readily available and let me know I could either go to one of the branches or I could conveniently make those changes over a video call, in the comfort of my own home.
