Matt Dietz, Farmers Insurance office in Eagle, and his team provide outstanding service. They answer their phone and/or respond within 24 hours. They are all very competent and friendly. They work hard at customer service and make attempts to get the best appropriate coverage at the best price. In addition, they have given advice that may help to avoid claims. I am pleased to be one of their clients.

Matt and his team have managed all of my insurance for over 15 years. His tenacity and patience with high maintenance clients such as myself is the best I have ever seen in the industry.I recently had a claim on my vehicle and he went to bat for me to increase the claim amount from what Famers originally offered by over 115%! They more than doubled the initial offer because he kept fighting for me. I cannot enough about what a considerate, sincere and ethical human he is. I am grateful to have him looking out for my best interest over all these years.

Initially, I started my auto insurance needs with Matt Dietz agency and his staff over 15 years ago. I have now changed all of my home insurance, as well as commercial policy needs over as well. They have saved me quite a bit over the years, especially on my commercial policies. I really enjoy the professional and personal attention that Matt, Monty and Meg provide.
