We remodeled our kitchen in 2020. Several months after the remodel, we had a link behind our refrigerator where the water valve connects to the refrigerator. Long story short, there was a crack in the water valve. The repair was completed. We were told Farmers would review the valve to determine the cause of the leak. Attorneys were assigned to our case.A year has passed. A couple of days ago, I received a call from Farmers saying they determined the cause was a crack in the value and the manufacturer was liable. Farmers has a partial reimbursement from the manufacturer and informed me we also received some reimbursement! This goes to show to never give up faith that Farmers will take care of the problem.

Just switched over to Farmers from AAA for home and auto policies, and Jess was extremely helpful and patient with the process. He was very thorough in his explanations , and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything! I highly recommend!
