My vet sent a prescription for my cat on Saturday during the pharmacy’s business hours. I called Monday afternoon and they hadn’t even looked at the Rx yet, but assured me they’d get to it. Now it’s Wednesday afternoon, they are closed, and I’ve received no update from them this week. My cat will have missed multiple doses of her daily medication by the time this is resolved. Won’t use this pharmacy again.

First review:Cost is Outrageous and Insurance will Not Accept Compounded medication?Second Review Below:Compounded medications are not covered by insurance? Insurance not accepting compounded medication is “Criminal” but this is absolutely true. It is also true getting a compounded medication cost a Fortune!Our last two Billings are almost a total of $500 dollars.. maybe if compounding was less Costly the insurance companies would include these medications? I highly doubt it.. there’s no morals in 2023.Only what can I get regardless of who is being financially destroyed.

more than just a custom pharmacy! they have a ton of supplements from reliable brands. the staff is extremely helpful.

So I tried yet again today to call this pharmacy about a prescription that was sent last week but to no avail. I understand computer issues but why not enlist a person with an alternate phone and put that in your voice mail greeting instead of "we can't help you". I've requested my prescription be sent elsewhere. As a business owner, I would be apalled if this is how I handled my customers. Adapt and overcome. Horrible customer service!

Mr. Shah really made this a 5 star for me! He was so kind, so delightful and very proper! He was uplifting and very professional in his pharmaceutical advice. I was in awe! I will come back because of Shah!!

Used to be good 7 years ago. Now they have you sign a waiver on perishable medication they know wont make to you - instead of advising you that it wont make frozen because of substandard packaging. Watch the fall of a once decent company...

The best customer service I have ever seen at a pharmacy. Customedica is so attentive and they follow up on every inquire at lightning speed and with the most positive attitude. After working with them for two months, I am blown away that service like this still exists in business. They are leaps and bounds ahead of the the major RX businesses out there.

Very friendly staff and neat/clean environment. We get our pet’s medicine customized here to taste better so our pet will ingest the medicine more willingly.

This was my first time getting prescriptions from Customedica. I had just moved and needed a new pharmacy. After reading all the horrible reviews of other pharmacies in the area I came up on Customedica and all their great reviews so I gave them a call to see about having my prescriptions transferred over. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they would call my old pharmacy and take care of everything for me. I didn't have to do anything but show up a day later to pick up my prescriptions. They were prompt with filling the prescriptions, they did what they said they'd do and their customer service was excellent.

Love this pharmacy and the service they provide to custom formulate my prescription! I just found about about them from my doctor and couldn't be happier! The price is so much more affordable than the cost of the ready made counterpart at an everyday pharmacy. Plus the staff was so friendly!

New way of pharmacy now is in town. This place is beautiful. The most beautiful pharmacy I've seen. They carry all the non traditional supplements and some that your naturopath prescribed. Very friendly and super efficient staff. Never a long wait and always super helpful
