Order from this company 2 times. The products are good but so far I keep receiving a lot of damages. Be careful if you buy aluminum lids, pretty much half of them came dented. This happen both times I order. I reached out to the company but so far I havent heard back. Wish they could pack better. I want to keep working with them but not with damages like this.

Have ordered from here since 2019. They have excellent quality products and even better customer support. We use their containers for our CBDxCBGxTHC topical lines and they are fantastically manufactured. Recently on a large re-order they were able to save me even more by looking over my order and applying discounts not available on the checkout page. I really feel taken care of by this company and highly recommend them to anyone else out there considering a purchase.

I just had the best phone customer service experience I may have ever had! I found Container & Packaging while looking for a new jar supplier and was so happy with the quality I ordered again. Today I had a question about my recent order and Jon was so quick, nice and so helpful. If you have thought about switching suppliers do it! My experience really showed why we need people managing customer service and not automation. I will definitely be ordering again!

Was promised order will be updated as requested yet wrong order shipped and phone call was not received to discuss update as promised. Horrible first time experience, definitely won't be using as long term supplier.

You guys won a customer with excellent customer service. Bird was very helpful and informative. Took a genuine interest in my needs and provided multiple options for me to get the metal lids I need for airbrush paint jars. Also gave me the info I need to order the correct sizes. Well done! I wish more vendors had customer service like this.
