“These guys are great and have fixed two laptops I've owned over the years. The first was when my keyboard stopped working randomly - the fix was easy and didn't cost an arm and leg to repair. The second, most recently, was when they stopped my setup from having random heat spikes resulting in lots of lag. Great guys to work with, convenient location, local, and far better than being on hold to try and figure out of my warranty covers things. “About a month ago, I visited Basic Computer Center, many yearsand purchased two computers. One of the computers was a brand new Laptop. The other computer was a used and reconditioned Desktop computer. I also bought a used but still in good working order monitor, a new web-cam, and a new keyboard.I found the service provided by Sara and Terry to be of the highest quality, (As it was over 20 years ago; when I first visited Basic Computer Center) I was also just as pleased with both computers. My wife is the proud and very satisfied owner of the laptop and I am the owner of the reconditioned Desk top machine.In short, I found both the service and equipment to be, to my mind of world class quality and honestly you won't find a better machine or service anywhere else! “Very friendly and easy to work with! My all-in-one computer stopped turning on. It was an older computer. The motherboard's power supply was fried, unfixable in any computer shop. They were able to transfer my old hard drives data onto a laptop I brought in, transferred the settings and passwords. Essentially my old computers desktop and settings were now on my new laptop. It was a painless process for me, and they turned around the project within two days.”

It's easy to find, it's right in front of Champ's Sports!'I parked by Kohl's and took an Escalator Upstairs, went into The Indoor Mall, and these nice ?? ? Boys shinned my shoes ?.I go to the mall often to walk. I stop at Refreshed Shoes ? Often. So far, I've had my Crocs, my Leather Loafers, and White Puma Low - Top Sneakers cleaned here.
