We filled out beneficiary forms a couple of years ago for my aunt and uncle. Amazing, they passed away and no record of forms. The investment person, Dennis Koch, clearly remembers my filling out the forms with my aunt and uncle sitting there but somehow they are lost. Have no idea what is going on at this bank but practices are very questionable but now they say we have to go to probate. The beneficiary forms were filled out so this wouldn't happen. The private client banker Inessa told us someone from corporate would call and help us through their legal department. They were to call in two days, That was 7 days ago. Time to talk to our attorney. Not sure what they did with my signature forms but I guess I need to see if fraud is involved. They also took a deposit into her account and never told me Power of Attorney dies with the person. I stood at the counter and made the deposit showing the death certificate and telling them I need to finish paying bills. Because of their losing my beneficiary forms I can't even write a check to pay her bills. What a nightmare. Somehow we will definitely find out what they did our forms. We thought at the very least they would help us get this straightened out but instead they sent us a wild goose chase to Ada County Clerks office for a probate form. Ada County Clerk had no clue what we were talking about. I wouldn't use this bank or branch ever.

I got an appointment on Friday June 19th at 2pm.. they closed at 1pm. I needed to open a business accounts and merchant account.
