One thing I really like was a work with enterprise car rental. Enterprise medicine day. We dropped off our car at ray's. And then we were able to just drop off the keys and leave it with them when the car was done.”
“I had a windshield replaced approximately 3 weeks ago. My windshield was perfect. Two days ago, a truck kicked up a rock and put a chip in my window. I was quick to get my car back into InterMountain Auto Glass, and they were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“Had a 2 hour quote over the phone, its always nice to have an expected time frame. I showed up for my appointment they informed me it would only be about an hour and a half. I sat for 3 hours and heard the girls gossiping about customers, talking about their problems with their personal home toilet "spraying blue liquid on the wall". As it turns out those things were all more important than doing their job. It wasn't until I decided to go ask one of the receptionists if my car was done. It had been done for who knows how long and i was never notified. Not one time in 3 HOURS did anyone come in to tell me what was going on, almost like i wasnt even there. I was never notified it would take longer than expected, I was not told when my car was done, I was not told that I was able to leave, and i did not recieve an apology for their incompetence either. I think you should look into investing in better customer service representatives, especially with all of the better quality auto glass repair shops out there.Updated; after this horrible experience. A nice young lady named Sasha gave me a call right after and took 30 minutes of her time on a friday to apologize. She told me that's not how they want to run their business, let me know she's going to talk to those employees, ensured the same thing won't ever happen again, and reconciled with a customer she's never met face to face before. She is a golden example of what customer service should look like, thank you Sasha.”

“We ordered our shower glass through Roadrunner. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly, they were out within a few days to measure and the glass came in weeks ahead of schedule. I DIYd the shower so I know my work wasn't flat or level and they compensated for all of it. We love the way it came out.”
“Absolutely thrilled I found this place. I got a pretty bad rock chip and every auto shop I called was booked out for weeks. I was scrambling trying to find a place to help and there it was. A glorious poster right in front of the Phillips 66 that said “free rock chip repair”. Pulled in and after about 30 minutes I was driving away with 1 less chip in my windshield. An excellent find that I will come back to if I ever have another chip.”

2222 S Cole Rd, Boise“I normally wouldn’t take the time to review a company like this. But I was actually super impressed with the rep that they sent out. He didn’t know it, but I was in my office on the second story watching him replace the windshield. Multiple times, I saw him be extra careful and placing any tools or items on the roof of my car. At one point, I saw him pull some little pieces of caulk from around the window (really tiny pieces) And instead of just throwing them on the ground or into the grass, he put them in his pocket to ensure that there was no mess left behind. He also cleaned the inside of the car on the dashboard in those places where it’s hard to reach, but because the windshield was out, he could get to it easily. All in all, I was super impressed with that that kid.”
“The experience was generally good. They didn't really discuss with me whether I wanted standard or synthetic oil. I had no problem using one of the coupons that I had.
In the past I was not very satisfied with the service at this particular location. But it has improved greatly since then.”
“Michael the install tech was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the entire process and recalibration needed due to advanced tech features. Warranty for life too! Safelite is the way to go!”
“The workers were very friendly and informative. The only thing is you can’t get the local Safelite on the phone. You have to go through this great ordeal. They try to say it’s when they’re busy it goes to the national number but I think it’s not so at all. I think they purposely don’t answer. I tried several times at different times of the day…same thing. Other customers and I were chatting about it and they said the same thing. Also there is no follow up…so far. Other than that everyone was very nice.”
