It is an absolutely terrific hardware store. The store is bright, organized and well stocked. Today, while I was there, I had the opportunity to speak with Jericho and he was very professional and polite, and his customer service was top notch. The stores location is great and it's easy to get in and out. I would highly recommend this True Value Hardware Store. I was highly impressed as I'm sure anybody would be that stops by to complete a DIY or professional project. Keep up the Good Job!

I went in the store to purchase small items to attach my license plate to my car. I needed a little help to find the nuts and bolts section. Waited by the register for a while as the attendant carried on with a customer about personal business. Waited and waited... wound up walking out.. The items I purchased were only .72 cents... I am building a house here so when I need to spend $720 or $7200 I will go to ACE where I received quick and helpful service.

Stacey and her crew at Standard Plumbing/True Value have been SO helpful. We are homeowner/builder of our new home in Driggs. Stacey has been there for us answering questions, having needed supplies, and ordering what we need. She also connected us with Ryan Olsen for our radiant in-floor heat system. Thank you Stacey!!!

Well stocked and initially having a hardware store on the North side of town was a great thought. However, after a number of visits, customer service is paramount in this day and age. Customer service is greatly lacking as is employee working knowledge of items stocked and what the store actually has in stock. Getting one particular female employee's attention and help makes the customer feel like you are somehow intruding and wasting her time. This individual worked at Ace at one point with the same subpar attitude. The extra minimal time it takes to get to friendly, knowledgeable and better stocked Ace is well worth it. Ace is still the place.

Just as small and closed even more than Ace. Better service, though. Doesn't matter, you'll end up driving to Idaho Falls anyway.
