We went in unsure of what color we wanted to go with for the exterior of the home we are building. We had a general idea, but really only knew we were looking for something darker. Other places we called did not have a tintable dark base in stock. Williams did and we are so glad, because that's what brought us in! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. So very patient as we considered the various options, even suggesting that we take time to look at the color cards in natural light before finalizing our choices. She also gave us time to discuss it privately - a perfect balance of helping without being too overbearing. Our experience felt very indivualized, which is hard to find in bigger stores. We are thrilled with the main color we ended up deciding on (Cavalry) and are so appreciative of their help as we came to a decision!

the worst treatment of customers ever my customers not to be named went in to get a product custom matched your people didn't do their job right basically said wouldn't come back and the guy said okay fine go somewhere else we don't care pathetic customer service been dealing with this pathetic customer service from Williams for 10 years and I never will go back

Going here...Versus going to Home Depot..... It's like getting a gormet burger vs. going to McDonalds. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Prices are good. I came in and he spent the time looking through his mistints for me. He even mixed up an existing color to make it closer to what I wanted. They earned my business. And with my hands full of kids, they even helped me get my paint to the car. Awesome
