I've done business with Dalton Gardens and CDA and have had only good experiences! The only time the lobby is closed is if it's before 9am, in which case the drive through is open. Very happy with this credit union.”

“Beau at the counter was amazing. I didn't know there was customer service like that anymore. He was kind, accommodating, ans made it easy to be across the counter from him. 10/10 recommend him. They were busy so it made it difficult to see someone about a bigger issue like setting up a savings account. I would decrease it by .5 point for that but because Beau was so awesome I'm going a full 5 stars.”

“Tired of spending up to 2 hours in our bank trying to cash out a matured CD and opening another and the hassle because it was a trust account. Walked in to Horizon with papers, joined, wrote check and was out in about 35 minutes. So impressed decided to open another CD and teller was able to handle it in less that 10 minutes "be cause we have all your information ".”

“Shelby! Was amazing I had an issue with a check I mobile deposited causing a messy situation with my account and she took amazing care of me and understood my concerns and worries as my bills were coming out. Despite of my check not being there.She went above and beyond for me! I even called this morning to check in to see if there was any updates and she was already on it! I’m so beyond greatful as the check was expect a week later to deposit but she did it overnight!Highly recommend her customer service!! Thank you shelby”

“A great CU and esp for auto loans. I always have good service. I might take a half point off for over payments not going on principle without elbow grease. Anyway it all goes strat at payoff time. In context you battle this at most lenders. Ford and Toyota Credit aps make the process a hair easier. But many cars don't qualify for Corp lending. P1FCU is my go to lender. Thank you P1FCU”

“I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. The customer service here is always above par. I have liked using this new branch that recently opened a few years ago. I am always greeted by smiling faces and asked if they can direct me to the correct window or location. Recently I dealt with a representative named Alicia Quaintance, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of and that all of my queries were being handled. “I have been with Wells Fargo for well over 20 years and it has been a very good experience for me. Most of the tellers and bankers I have worked with have been friendly and professional. I go to this branch most often, as it is on my way to work. The lady who works at the drive through here in the mornings is so kind and friendly. I can't remember her name, but she looks like she is in her mid 20's and is blond and always smiling. She is always courteous and professional and adds a personal touch, even if it's just her warm tone of voice. I always feel like she sincerely cares.”

“This review is for a diligent employee at the Post Falls branch - Josiah. I am a real estate agent and the title company, the personal representative of the property and myself could not get anywhere with the corporate or people in charge of loan pay-offs. A request had been on-going since April while the property was in escrow. We had 1 business day to keep the transaction from falling apart. Our title officer had never encountered such obstacles in getting a pay off amount. I walked in to the branch and told Josiah I was very frustrated with the company he works for but I was not going to take it out on him. I just needed help. He assured me by the end of the business day he would contact the right people. He followed through and Global Credit Union is very fortunate to have a dedicated and responsible employee.”

“Pretty good in person service. I dock a star overall due to issues with the bank denying direct deposits or charging a 6 dollar fee to process them... I don't know why there's a 6 dollar fee for bank people to do the bank work.”

Have had to replace my debit card a few times due to unauthorized charges...be careful where you shop online...went into the branch, a few minutes later walked out with my new card and the bogus charges sent for investigation. Was reimbursed within a week.”
