Tip to others, don't be petty; they are in business to make money and provide a service, please pay for that service like I do and don't sit their complaining because your not prepared like having tape or paying shipping costs.”

“I almost didn't rent a box here because of the reviews. I find Diane to be very helpful and always checks to make sure I get everything when I come to pick up my mail and packages. She has a humor I find funny and I leave with a smile everytime.”
“I don't understand the low reviews. I've been to this location multiple times and received great service every time. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They patiently answered all my questions about how to use the printers/scanners. Service is generally quick. They also provide basic office supplies for use at no cost pens, scissors, etc) whereas competitior's either don't have these items or charge for their use.”
“Went into the UPS store in the Prairie Shopping Center in Hayden, ID. The young lady that waited on me went way overboard to help me find a return address for a company that had shipped me supplements I did not order! She used her own phone to get the return address J(not on the package)! Wish I'd asked for her name as her customer service is stellar! Will get stamps and always mail from you guys from now on!”
“Every time I come in here the entire team has been extremely helpful and they've never looked down on me when I feel dumb. I don't ship a lot of packages so it's hard for me to understand the know-how. They've been courteous when it's empty or busy, morning or late afternoon. They have a TON more options for packaging than govt post office and I love having choices. Even if it's busy, the line doesn't go out the door and everyone is seen as promptly as possible.”
