“Loved it!
Went to UPS store first and the forst thing he said was something like, "oh that won't work..."
Then after it worked, they wanted to charge me $1.00 to tape it.
Then I couldn't send this box because it said the logo of what was in the box, but I could buy something to put it in...
So I left.
Came to Staples, with a smile the gal said, "oh that might be tricky but let's try it." Or some other hopeful and positive statement.
Then she confirmed if I just wanted to send it in the shoe box.
Then she gave me my receipt and said she'd take care of taping it.
Will be coming here from now on for shipping.”

“I love this place. Dianne is the best. She is always calling to berate me (in her dry, joking manner) because I’m a bit flaky when it comes to picking up packages. The thin skinned people posting negative reviews apparently just don’t get her sense of humor. Just go somewhere else. Typical “fornians” I suppose.”
“We dropped in today looking to have an oversized art piece packaged for shipping. It was bigger than the Annex could do so these fine folks tried to reach several art galleries on our behalf.
