I called to ask for help as referred to do by Home Depot's head hardware tech. I am very ignorant about these issues. The man on the other end of the phone was very arrogant and rude. Before I had barely begun to explain why I called, he interrupted me and said that I was Home Depot's customer and they should take care of me. (I thought they were, along with giving this guy some new business.) When I laughingly challenged him in my frustration to listen without cutting me off, he thanked me and said he couldn't help me.Not a very happy potential customer here at all. Now where do I go for help?

I won't be surprised when this place goes out of business. I've tried to go there twice and both times they were closed even though their phone message said they have regular hours Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturday.

Wow. Horrible. Dave. Building a home for my disabled Veteran Dad and needed some hardware for his doors. He wanted to text pictures and told me this place is open by appointment only. How ridiculous to begin with. I used to just walk in there in the past. He was texting me pictures and I told him which ones I liked then all of a sudden he texts me, "I don't think I will be able to help might want to buy online to short of notice with what your wanting on keypad and front door stuff sorry". More like, he was inconvenienced by what we were needing. We will take our business elsewhere.

Was referred to this place by a person at a big box store. Stopped by, was met out front (before entering the store) and asked "what do I want". Well, I wanted to look around and possibly buy something, but I'll go somewhere else. Response was "Ok". Not a good first and now last impression.

Outstanding group of folks to work with. I bought all my hardware for our home from Dave and Luana can't begin to thank them enough for all the help provided it was my first time tackling cabinets, doors etc. and I could not have done it without them. I recently went back in to get hardware for a rental and the company is under new ownership. Jerry the new owner, very fortunately for me, was just as helpful when it came time for me to try and remember how the process went, which of course I had almost all but completely forgotten by then. Helpful tip bring a photo of the new door or an old hinge if your replacing old hardware, there are a few styles save yourself an extra trip back like I did... twice. Thank you again to your excellent team for all the help, I will certainly be seeing you again on my next project.

Well, I don't where to start. So, if you go to this store he won't let you in. You must pass an interview prior of entering. Then, you must be rich in order to buy his hardware and you better have a contractor otherwise you won't see anything. I don't know what happens after you enter the store. I did not get that far. So, my money and my time is too valuable to spend it and give it to a man with all these requirements. I am very curious to know how in the world he is still in business..... Never coming back and warning all my family and friends. The worst of the worst customer service from owner(very strange service )

We wanted to buy hardware for 3 bathrooms but they were closed , due to COVID, which is understandable. When I called to ask him if we could make an appointment, like the sign says to do, we were told us there is a charge to look. I told him we were 100 percent sure we were going to buy high quality hardware that day. I reminded him we ordered all our hardware for our kitchen and all our doors through him. He told me to go Lowe's. When I told him I was looking for quality and interested in giving a local my money. He said other people were paying the fee. I told him I wasn't interested in paying a fee for spending money. Time to retire Dave. Sell it to someone who is interested in serving the community.
