Does not comply with warranty. Badly built homes, history of bad foundations and rebranded from Legacy to Hallmark to cover up bad reviews. Do not use!

We do love our house and had a great experience with the sales person, who is no longer with the company. BUT, we did have an issue with out flooring that they changed on us and now almost 5 years later a bigger issue. We didn't have any neighbors until now and have learned that our lot wasn't built up enough or graded properly. Our neighboring houses have much higher lots because they were sloped much better and correctly. We are concerned about our yard flooding and how this will look. Two excavators pointed out the bad mistakes that were made. We have landscaped, put up a fence and now it's too late to fix our yard without tremendous expense. We also didn't get a sidewalk and now have to pay for that!

Purchased a house 2,5 years ago and I can already notice little cracks on the walls (mb that’s painters issue) but I can tell you Hallmark Homes provide cheapest stuff for insane price!!! My friends purchased bigger house from another company and I was amazed with the quality and design of everything in there because the price wasn’t much higher (house is in same city). If we ever purchase another home I will definitely look for another companies.

Nice floorplans and the build quality looks solid. Reach out to them directly if you have any questions about what your home options are.

Hi, I'm Jeremy Knoll and I've been a sales agent for Hallmark Homes for over 18 years and I love what I do! I'm confident in the quality of Hallmark homes, and feel that they've made great strides in recent years to improve their warranty department. If you're looking for a quality home that will last, I recommend Hallmark Homes without hesitation!

Hallmark Homes makes a nice house. However, their weakness is cement contractors. I have not seen a Hallmark Homes over two years old that does not have some damage to the driveways and/or sidewalks. Hallmark will not take responsibility for any cracks or shifting. Buyer beware.

Very rude staff parked their for about a minute and I was about to walk in until a man walked out telling me not to park there. I was actually going to ask about their services because I saw that they were homebuilders but after that approach I figured would rather not because it was a terrible experience to begin with. After doing some more research on the company I figured out that they have a lot of shady practices as well I would not recommend.

Terrible business model. They are not concerned with their customers once they have a contract signed. From what I have seen, they have bullied their clients into paying for a home they are not satisfied with in price, quality, or timely delivery. It's like hiring a shady used car dealer to build your home.

Do not build with Hallmark if you can avoid it. They rush through jobs with poor craftsmanship, their customer service is absolutely terrible, they don’t take any responsibility for poor or even faulty work, and their “warranty” is a joke as they don’t actually do anything after dozens of calls and emails unless you physically go down to their office so they can’t ignore you anymore. We had items upon initial walkthrough and throughout the first year that we brought up with them that are still not fixed two years later as we move out, and the inspection we just had revealed even more examples of the terrible build as there are problems with our roof, electrical wiring and A/C unit installation. Hallmark is of course refusing to take any responsibility for anything - big surprise. Not to mention the fact that they hire, and continue to support, contractors who verbally assault and threaten pregnant women on their own front porch.

My hallmark homes sold to me by Jeromy knoll Have met and exceeded the expectations . Jeromy Has been amazing in providing truthful and accurate information regarding all aspects of home purchases . I'm grateful for everyone at hallmark I recommend them . I believe they try Very hard to produce a genuine and good product. If you decide to give them A try please work with them not against them . I know buying a new home is stressful they are Not your enemy because it's expensive . They Will work with and hard for you if you give them the opportunity. Mike :)

This could have very easily been a 4 star review as the home building process and finished product were 4 star quality despite the incompetence of the realtor assigned to our build. As others have said the warranty fixes have not been completed. We have dozens of emails back and forth and these simple fixes still have not been addressed in 7 months and counting. Customer service and following through are clearly not a priority for Hallmark.

I am extremely disappointed. We had issues in our final walk through that are still not resolved. We have been in the home for 1 year. Kallie was extremely rude and short with me on the phone. The warranty guy stood up my husband 2 times costing him to miss out on work. When he finally came out when I was home, he wrote the issue on his hand! These issues are still not resolved and I haven't had anyone come out. This is supposed to be a reputable company.

Did not get what I paid for, did not get when I paid for, waste of my time and money.
