My friend I heard about this shop and decided to check it out. So glad we did, lexi was so sweet and helpful. She helped us find the best crystals and told us about the healing properties of each one. Such kind women!! We will definitely be back!!!

I do really like this shop! Lots of beautiful items, cards, crystals, jewelry, sage bundles, the whole works.
The girls that work there are super sweet! But they do have all eyes on you while you're shopping, it's a little intimidating to be stared down the entire time you're looking around; though I do understand the shoplifting concerns. Double edged sword.
Overall a great little shop.

I recently visited the Clarity Center store and had the best experience! The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgable when I asked for more information on some of their products they carry in the store. The selection of in-store crystals is various and I know I can find what I need and what resonates with me. I truly enjoyed the experience of the crystal meditation beds and know I will be back for more. I felt welcomed and excited to try new products, such as their intentional herbal infused teas. Thank you Clarity Center! I'll be back soon

My wife and I And are 2 kids came in Sunday afternoon And the young lady met us at the door and asked us if we were going to buy anything or just Browse. Every time we come in that store we always drop over a $100.00. Spent over $ 500.00 in the last 4 months i can show all the receipts. And we were watched like we were a bunch of thieves I will now take my business elsewhere

At first I loved this place. It has some very beautiful pieces and the girls that work there seemed nice and friendly. They aren't. They watch you like a hawk the minute you walk in and won't open a display case unless you are sure you wanna buy something out of it. As I walked in the last time I was there, they asked me if I was there to browse or if I was gonna buy something. Like I hadn't made it 3 feet into the store. Everytime before this, i had always spent $100 at minimum, so why was this time different? I was showing my son a piece and he asked me what it was, as I tried to explain to him what it was and what it could be used for, one of the girls jumped into the Convo and confused my son completely. Hope it gets better as I do enjoy the shop is and how close to home it is. But if attitudes don't change there, I will spend the extra in gas to go elsewhere.

Great Selection decently priced,didn't have problems until recently then I was asked if I was browsing or spending money,you shouldn't be expected to spend anything as soon as I walk in the door,I will not be visiting this place anytime soon,I will be going to Mead,WA where I am treated as a person and not a walking bank

We really enjoy this store! My wife and I have been in a number of times and always leave happy with some new fun stuff. The staff are always friendly and happy to answer questions, and we've never had any issues with the security policies. Good vibes!

I felt uncomfortable shopping here. I felt like every move I made the employees were breathing down my neck. I usually like to touch the crystals to feel their energy to see which one I want that’s a very important part of crystal shopping for me but I feel like that’s not really an option here. I felt rushed to hand pieces back so they could go back into the case. I just feel like it should be a more calming and welcoming environment, I felt really tense in there. The energy was off.

One of my all time favorite crystal stores! They always have an amazing selection to choose from, I never leave empty handed! The workers there are very knowledgeable and helpful, they are also very friendly! I absolutely recommend visiting if you have the chance!

Upon entering the store I tried to strike up a conversation with one of the employees but they gave off the vibe that they could care less. And my immediate thought was how rude my second thought was this’ll be the last time I’ll ever step foot in this store. I was followed around continually as if I was going to steal. I had to open up my purse to get my glasses and a Kleenex and thought I was going to be tackled.

I would loveeee to give 5 stars , unfortunately it is horrifically uncomfortable I understand the staring for theft reasons and it's probably uncomfortable for them also to keep a close eye but there should be some kind of training for people skills . to have conversation starters , i ice breakers ECT. Because there are definitely ways 2 keep an eye on customers well making them feel comfortable not uncomfortable
