I rented an inside climate controlled unit for a short while, and it worked out really well. Easy access. Marty was easy to work with. Easy to start and stop the rent. The whole experience was good. An inside unit costs more, but the tradeoff is a comfortable storage unit and no snow or water getting tracked in.

I have stored my stuff in three different units at this place for several years. The on-site manager is friendly, available and competent. There is a good variety of pricing and units, some are heated. My units have been clean, dry, secure and easily accessible. The website allows me to manage my account and pay online.

We rented an 10 by 12 storage unit and it was clean, dry, secure, and the management provided great customer service. The facility is safe and secure. It centrally located in Coeur d'Alene/Dalton.

I'm torn on this place. Great location, but the filing system is incredibly messy, in the last year we've had to struggle to show him that we had paid for months that he said we didn't, it was all squared away but then something comes in the mail stating that this last year basically we haven't paid for (and this was dealt with maybe two months ago and the man said he would talk to the bookkeeper because she messed up) so he cut the lock to the unit before even calling either of us about the issue, my husband talked to him, I overheard the conversation and it was squared away, he said that he remembered me coming in and paying about $300 the month before, that was for June and July, paying for July mid June, but for some reason it wasn't on the books. My husband and I bought a lock last month and we now owe $500 because we didn't pay this last year. I am so frustrated, we have dealt with this twice, and now he's resending the bill. It's all ridiculous.

This guy is such a piece of work. He failed to bill my account for 6 months and then due to his clerical error made me pay $250 all at once to get into my unit. His filing system is a stack of paper on an old desk and he is very unorganized. I could even see my credit card info written on paper through his front office window, visible to anyone. Do not use this place. The owner is a real waste of air.
