Mike came out after hours to help with our air conditioner. He explained his process and what her found very thoroughly. He went the extra mile and explained how to set our smart thermostat to circulate the air in our house to distribute the cool air. I would recommend ACI and their monthly subscription to everyone.

Installers were very through. They said it would take 14 to 16 hours to complete the install of a/c unit and the furnace, but they were done in 8 hours and went though everything with us. Will definitely recommend ACI!

ACI was the contractor assigned by American Home Shield for my broken furnace. They were quick to respond and efficiently installed my furnace after it arrived. There were times when there was a perceived lack of communication, but all in all, it was a positive experience.

I have used ACI for purchase and service at two different residences in the last 7 years. They have been great with service during this time. My most recent request was handled by Mike the technician. He was efficient and was quite informative on the operation of my unit. I appreciate how diligent he was in getting this unit up and running during our most recent hot spell. If I have any complaint it is with the unit I purchased. I am also still trying to resolve some issues regarding the charges I incurred for the repairs. Thank you Mike for your help and information.

I’ve been using ACI for a variety of residential maintenance services and today Matt showed up to install a new heat pump. It took Matt just 4-5 hours to complete his exceptional work and be on his way. From start to finish on this job, ACI employees Aspen, Kevin and Matt all had a hand in providing me with excellent customer service and a professionally finished work product. I highly recommend ACI for a fast response and quality service.

I take care of my mom who is 96, so you can imagine how panicked I was when my 7yr old heating and air conditioning unit went out last week with temperatures starting to reach there all time high. I called the first person I saw on Google and they came out within a few days, charged me 150.00 for a 3 min evaluation, said my unit was shot and the cost to replace it was 14,000.00! I decided I needed a second estimate! Thank goodness I called ACI! Gage came out the next morning was so professional and thorough I couldn't have asked for a better technician! He explained that indeed the main compressor was shot. He also informed me that he would send out Ted who could give me a complete estimate and time line, he was here in just about an hour! After carefully reviewing Gages information we had a brand new, 10yr warranted unit ordered and set up for install in 2 hours! The biggest kicker... 9000.00 cheaper!! A better unit and the warranty! My suggestion is call ACI for the best professional technicians, service and pricing!

Could not be more pleased with my service. I was a little skeptical about calling ACI after having an unpleasant experience with one of their techs in the past.
Mike came out to look at my mini splits. I can’t say enough positive about Mike. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions.

We have finally decided to get a home generator. ACI is the contracted installer, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve used their electricians in the past and this is our first time with natural gas. Laudin is our installer. He is young, very knowledgeable, detail oriented and respectful. We are completely satisfied with his quality of work and will continue to use and recommend ACI in the future.
