I am writing on behalf of Rowena Johnson. I am bothered by the fact that her hours of employment have been cut. I have dealt with Rowena at other places where she was a pharmacy technician. She has always been extremely professional, efficient and courteous. Many occasions when I have called the pharmacy I have said to myself, "please let Row answer".

Waited for three weeks to get wife's Rx filled. If Rowena Johnson had been involved, she would have taken care of this the first time. My wife has switched to Clearwater Canyon Pharmacy because of this and other issues on Arnzen's including watching two employees bickering in front of her and other customers. Very unprofessional.
