Customer service today was outstanding. Katlyn was helpful. She applied a coupon that was not valid until tomorrow, b/c I asked. I don't like shopping and didn't want to have to come back. Without hesitation she applies the $5 discount and made my day!

What's worse than pharmacists who act like they've been working in military hospitals and haven't had their weekly bath check by their mom? Rite Aid pharm aides. Also known as liars. You get a call that says your prescription's ready, so you go there, wait in a line 12 customers long, and when you get to the window they say, "we're still working on it." You don't see them handling your pills in that moment, or printing off your labels, so you know that part is false. But you'd think they'd be done in 24hrs. So you go back the next day, 12 customers length wait, to be told they still don't have it ready. I worked with said military medical facilities. They would make families wait in lobbies for hours for a prescription. This!? Lying twice, once automated phone message, and next in person. A big F U to people who NEED prescriptions or they will die without them, or worse, live long enough to see that this place will never go out of business because where else can we go to get our meds? I suppose Fairchild AFB. Just mind the smell when you get up to the pharm window. The COVID masks won't save you from poor hygiene if Fairchild is anything like the other bases I've been to.

This pharmacy is consistently bad. They never get it right. They blame the Drs office. I happen to know in my case it's not. Today all I heard were dissatisfied customers. I walked out as 5 out of 6 prescriptions were not ready. I called my Drs office and had them call another pharmacy.

Used Rite Aid's online COVID Vaccine scheduler to make an appointment for my mom. When it came time to select the button to confirm the appointment it would not processed. Tried several times with the same result. Called Rite Aid Coeur d Alene Pharmacy and spoke with a lady who said they knew they were having problems with the online scheduler and to please bring my mom in the next day after 11:00 am and they would get her vaccinated. When I arrived the man at the window (not very friendly) gave me the paperwork to complete and then after completing the paperwork the pharmacist (male and extremely rude) said no we cannot give her the vaccine. Get your act together Rite Aid. I transferred from Fred Meyer Pharmacy because they are so busy but always friendly. From day one Rite Aid Coeur d Alene has been very rude to customers. Going back to Fred Meyer where they appreciate their customers.
