A.P was wonderful to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Anytime we need help with our accounts we will be scheduling with A.P. directly. Give that man a raise!

This was one the most ridiculous experiences. The teller just talked to another customer about nothing for 5 or more minutes. I felt like I was on a practical jokers episode. This was in the drive through. I think they were friends and this was their daily meet up.

Why do people still bank with chain banks? Do yourself a favor and bank with a credit union. This bank has many fees associated with banking and I refuse to give them my business.

This bank has a new customer service rep from Colorado that illegally opened a card, activated it and did a fund transfer so he could collect a commission. AP Rowley. The bank’s investigations unit is so backed up with similar fraudulent crimes that it taking them months to catch up with these internal crooks. Beware.

i’ve been to multiple wells fargos, and this is us by far the best. my wife saw kevin to open an account last week, and we totally missed our appointment today. we showed up 10 minutes before they closed and he squeezed us in so that i could add her to an account. he is very friendly and personable, and i won’t want to go anywhere else now.

The customer service from the lead teller at the Ironwood branch in Cda is horrific. I have never met a more rude and unhelpful person in my life. My mother recently passed and I had questions about the account the lead teller would not answer my questions, she also advised the other teller not to speak with me. The lead teller was totally unsympathetic to my recent loss and was very unwilling to work with me. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of sympathy at such a difficult time and unwillingness to find someone who could answer my questions. I would never bank with wells fargo or recommend this bank to anyone looking.

Good bank offers a good free tracking plan also have good business loan plans with all kinds of other banking needs they're located in elverson parking lot very easy to get to in front of the magnolia BBQ off of ironwood and 95 across from kootenai medical center also have AT&t and a few other places like Hallmark GameStop GNC

$7 to cash a check Drawn from their own bank. After there error caused an account to be overdrawn. I asked if they could wave the fee, the teller said no.

Ive banked here since the 70s so im obviously satisfied with the bank. I wanted to leave a review because the teller who usually does the drive thru at this branch should be recognized for her exceptional customer service. Shes always very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate how personable she is.
