Not sure ...but they can't fix my galaxy note 20 ultra glass...really bummed bout it ...guess I'll have to figure something else out...but seemed nice n tried to help at the time.very good customer service n willing to look ....

First and foremost, I would just like it to be noted that I rarely write reviews (good or bad) unless something really bothers or impresses me. With that said, it really says something for me to write this review but to write this review for a place that my only experience with was via phone call, ouch. I will give this place the benefit of the doubt due to my negative experience being the actions of one employee. I was going to name that employee on here but I feel that's a bit steep and you get back what you put out but now to my experience.I found the place by searching cell phone repair in my area and this place came up. So I called however I'm not looking for actual cell repair, I was just inquiring if they sold parts if I listed what I needed (because I was trying to fix the phone the same day) and her response was a very tyrannical contemptuous, "NOPE...".It's not her choice of words or response that bothers me however it was the tone, demeanor, and overall feeling through the phone that she thought she was better along with coarsely exhibiting (through her tone and short snappy responses) that she did not like people calling her about parts. This is one of those experiences I wish I would have recorded and posted somewhere so people could hear what it is I am trying to illustrate in this review. But guess people will have to just take my word for it or have a encounter with a similiar and/or same experience as I.

They did an amazing job on replacing the screen , but they locked us out of our phone to the point where we needed to contact iTunes . He lied and said it was something else. But after looking it up this only happens when password is entered wrong over 11 times. Has taken 4 hours to restore , and lost everything due to having to factory restore my iPhone .

I recently dropped my cell phone and shattered the screen. It's a newer model and I'd just finished paying it off. So needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. I called We Fix It Phone repair and asked if they could fix it. They said they could, so I scheduled an appointment. I have to admit, I was worried that when I got my phone back it would not be as good as it was. It turns out that my concerns were not necessary. When I picked up my phone, it was actually better than before. The screen was perfect and the sensitivity had actually increased. It was like getting a new phone! The repair tech, Alic, did an outstanding job and I feel it was well worth the cost to get it fixed. I now recommend We Fix It to all of my friends and family.

Picked my phone after an hour and a half and realized that I couldn’t hear through the earpiece speaker. Took the phone back and was told after another 45 minutes that there was a wire damaged while my cover was being replaced. They didn’t have the replacement part in the store so I was told I would have to come back for a third time the next day. I am going out of town in the morning and will have to wait until I return next week to have it fixed. So for the week I’m gone I will only be able to use my speaker to talk. When I asked if I would receive a refund I was told no. This is a huge inconvenience and I am very dissapointed. The employee helping me was nice but I expect a little better customer service when I’m paying $130 for something. A simple screen replacement shouldn’t be this big of a hassle, and I would expect the employee/company to make it right.

I was urged to make an online appointment and did for 1pm. I arrived early, filled in the paperwork and was advised it would be finished in one hour. They failed to have the phone ready and was told it would be done in twenty minutes. The salesperson asked if that would be ok, I said no. I was offered a variety of ‘excuses’ none of which matched the appointment I had. Definitely not returning to Coeurdalene store nor would I advise others either.
