I’m giving 3 stars tonight because the manager who helped me was incredible however the employee she had on the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. (Wendy (Wendi?) personally deserves 5 stars)She went above and beyond to fetch my receipt when one wasn’t printed for me. So I just want to say again thank you so much!
However. Tonight when I came in with my daughter Chelsi who was working the front end kept stepping on her managers toes (figuratively) she was trying to talk over her manager and conversing with the customer instead of doing her job. When we came to the front we were looking around at the different products by the register and I wasn’t ready to check out yet. She told me probably 5 different times that she was ready to assist me and I had already told her I was still looking. Then after that the manager went to help this sweet elderly lady take 3-4 containers of soda to her car and Chelsi tried to follow her boss out of the store instead of manning her station. Her boss had to tell her to stay inside and it caused a scene. Then she proceeded to follow her boss to the back of the store when she came in. By this point I was ready to check out and there was no one to be found. When she finally did come back up she was making my daughter and I feel uncomfortable the way she was talking to her. When I asked for a receipt she told me she didn’t have one for me and then proceeded to call the manager. When the manager came up she tried a couple different ways to print the receipt. Chelsi then proceeded to tell her boss how to do her job and her manager had to tell her to stay in her own lane pretty much and tell her that she knows how to do her job. This employee embarrassed the manager in front of a customer which. Personally I don’t care, I get it I’ve worked customer service for 10 years. But if that would’ve been the wrong person watching this go down I’m sure things probably would’ve escalated higher. I’m sorry but there is no reason to be disrespectful and rude to your boss like that in front of a customer. It’s super unprofessional and I feel sorry for her boss tonight that her employee embarrassed her like that. If it weren’t for the fact that Wendy was so patient and helpful towards me this store would be getting 1 star. You guys have got a pretty good manager there though!!!!

Always has great seasonal products and gifts. Check out is always fast and friendly. I don't use the pharmacy so I can not comment on that aspect.

Came here after a family member had surgery,
2 pills for pain and waiting over an hour while my kids in the car in pain.
Also went to use the bathroom at 6:00 pm.
It was closed off, I went back 1/2 hr later and still closed.
Went up front and asked what was up and the lady told me that bathroom was clean and she did not want anyone to trash it.

Had to get our passports renewed, so we needed new pictures. Dominic in the photo area was great! Super friendly and helpful. He gave us some pointers so the pictures wouldn't get kicked back. Thanks man! The world needs more people with this kind of customer service.

I had my prescription sent to this Walgreens at around 12:00PM, I arrive at around 12:30 to pick it up only to find out that it was not ready and that I would have to come back later…. Really??? At any other pharmacy it’s immediately ready! At 1:30 I get a text saying that there was something wrong with my insurance… When I went to call it said that the pharmacy was closed because they were on a lunch break… really? The whole team at the same time?!? Waited till 2pm call to find out that they missed typed my insurance are “backed up” so it would take an hour for them to fill it….. Then FINALLY at 4 pm I was alerted that it was ready for pickup… I get there at 5:30 and when I get to the counter they said that they had HALF of my prescription filled and that I would have to wait AGAIN. I am sick with a condition that is painful and it was agonizing to have to wait an entire day to get my prescription….. I am extremely dissatisfied with Walgreens and will never step foot in one again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I had this Walgreens print my college graduation cards. This was a big job and I am very particular with the product of this print due to the pricing.Not only did the Lindy call me when she did not feel like the print was coming out the way it should, but also reassured me throughout the revision process that things would be made right. We adjusted the print and worked together to ensure that I was happy with the end result.This was an amazing experience and I would trust this Walgreens for all my future photo printing needs!

Word to the wise: PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE. I had arguably the worst experience today. First and foremost, the guy running the photo center was annoyed/disinterested in any sort of human interaction from jump. Any simple questions or concerns I had for him during process was met with IMMEDIATE defensive bristling and responses that made it clear he thought I was an idiot. (i.e: I noticed he got a decent chunk the battery wall that the screen was in front of in my photo, so I politely asked if he was going to crop it out, seeing as the Department of State is strict about having a white background and his response was a very frustrated “I’m going to fix it!”). After a 15min wait, I got my photos only to see that the background was digitally edited out and there were very obvious cropping lines around my head, which again goes against passport regulations. When I mentioned it to the girl (the guy was nowhere to be found when I picked up the photos, conveniently), she just gave me a tired, apologetic look and said that they had to do it because of the “no shadows” rule and directed me to the checkout.If this location isn’t even going to bother following ALL government guidelines accordingly, don’t offer the service or at least make that $18 (ridiculous price for the half-hearted chop job btw) refundable.

Looking through these reviews it comes as no surprise that this Walgreens, and perhaps Walgreens in general is on a major decline. Not only is the staff rude and untimely, but the staff is allowed to run around slapping toddlers willy nilly. Excellent job. Kudos to you.

This place is absolute garbage. I can't wait to hear my meds elsewhere. Went tonight to get my meds at about 6pm. No one on duty and I'm completely out of my meds.Here we are a year later and it's still the worst place on earth to get my meds. I've had my insurance on file for over 2 years and they don't bill it as they should. So again, I've wasted my time sitting in line to be told it'll take a while longer. I can't express how much I absolutely hate this company. I'd have better luck getting my meds from the drug dealer in my alley.
