On vacation from Canada, I needed to change a trailer tire. Chuck got me in immediately, fixed me up, and suggested I look after the young fella, Danny, instead of charging me. It's little things like this that make me come back to CDA every year, and share thanks for service and people like these guys at Tire-Rama. Well done!

Took a slow leaking tire in to get fixed. They said it was an old plug that was leaking. For some reason they just repluged the tire instead of plugging and patching to make sure it wouldn't leak any more. It was flat a few days later. The plug failed. We also had valve stem covers with paw prints on the end. Got it back with a standard plastic one on the tire. Now we have to order 4 more to replace one. I haven't had any issues with them in the past but this issue changed that. Would think a professional tire place could fix a leaking tire better than that and the same valvestem cover should have been put back on.

Used to go here all the time! Recently raised the prices , not good! Guess I will find a new go to tire shop! Actually bought tires elsewhere, and brought them here cause they’d always treat me right. Everything going downhill in this town!

From the moment he picked up the phone, Chuck was beyond helpful in not only quickly finding tires to fit my vehicle but also quoting me several hundred dollars lower than the competition across the street. He was very apologetic that the quoted time took just a tiny bit longer than originally predicted but he was so friendly, I didn't mind- plus the price savings. Will definitely be utilizing this company vs the corporate one. Thanks for such a great experience Chuck.

Went in to have them look at my Jeep's skid plate which needed to be reattached. Also, had them look at my suspension to see if I needed new shocks. They took care of the skid plate and had me back on the road. They checked the suspension and didn't try to upsell. Really fantastic service!

Got my new tires from tirerama on Saturday.All 4 tires done and an oil change in under an hour! Chuck also let me know that my struts where bad and that they fix those at their shop,all in all great job guys thanks

Went to the CdA Tirerama two days in a row to get my tires rotated. Went first thing in the morning. Their tech shows up at his whim. They were giving 4 hour time blocks to PISSIBLY get tires rotated. They are a tire shop. I bought my tires there. Form now on I'll go to the Post Falls shop which was 1000 times more professional!
