Excellent meat selection, including rare cuts like dinosaur beef ribs and tomahawk chop steaks. Always fresh. Huge variety of seasonings. Try the different types of cured bacon, including the Big Kahuna. Also, the elk jerky is delicious. Photos are prime rib, tri-tip, and beef rib.

Spoiled meat has gotten bad here. It used to be 1 out of every 6 trips here would produce bad meat. Now it's 1 of 2 to 3 trips that I get bad meat. Literally just threw out 2 whole chickens & 2 racks of beef ribs ($140 worth of meat) after I got home. They're going to get people sick. Finding another butcher

I called them at 9 am to have an elk processed. An employee said they would take the 4 quarters with the bones in for a 50 dollar additional process fee. I packed up the elk and arrived at the loading dock outside the store. They employee then said it would be 100 dollar fee but he had to check and see if they would accept it. He then came out and said they would not. I asked to see Tim himself. Tim then said no, they would never say they would take it. I explained what was said on the phone and he called me a liar saying they haven't taken meat like that in 4 years and the 100 fee was how they did it. I said ok, so you agree that your employee said I could do it for 100 extra??? He said he had no room and no one to cut it, so I again asked why was I hear then if his employee had refusedd me on the phone? He then began a profanity laced tirade screaming about how his shoulders are hurt and how i needed to get the F out of his store and F this and F that. Apparently, not knowing I am a vet with PTSD, he triggered me and I told him what he could do with himself in the same fashion as he told me to. I then left the location immediately. Look, if you have to use Tim's great. If you agree that no customer should ever go through that, perhaps get your meat someplace else

As soon as you walk in you get that awesome aroma of seasonings. They have tons of seasonings to choose from. I appreciate the fridges stocked with local fresh produce like raw eggs, bacon and sausage. The meats they have displayed are very enticing and fresh. I've also always experienced really friendly service when I come in, which is really important to me. Even if they're busy, they let you know that they'll help you soon. When it's your turn to be helped, they give you their full attention. People complain that it's overpriced, but I disagree. I'd pay a few extra dollars for more quality meat. Never had any issues here. Keep up the wonderful work!

Just recently started shopping for all my meat at Tim's and every time I go in, Im surprised by the things I find there, that no where else has in town. Finding good Andouille, Catfish, and Boudin in North Idaho, makes me and my family a little less homesick for Southern Louisiana. Crossing my fingers yall have crawfish in the spring time too!

Took my deer here to have it made into jalapeno and cheese smokies and got back a bunch of dog food. The absolute worst "venison smokies" or even sausage dogs I have ever tried in my life. My first archery kill which took tons of time and effort and then a cost of $130 at the end for Tim's to make the smokies. Me and 3 other people couldn't even finish 1 smokie.
