Great location and hours! I’ve loved the 3 sessions I’ve been to so far, all with a different instructor and experience, but still all very grounding and amazing yoga classes.

Cda power yoga has the best mix of a great workout and yoga. I always leave sweaty and feeling better than I did when I arrived.

The energy and community at CDA Power Yoga is unmatched! If you are a beginner or a teacher yourself you will find an inviting and humbling group here! The owners are a beautiful local family who also own Best Life CDA downtown if you haven’t been yet! Don’t miss out!

Very welcoming yoga group. I had a great time participating in classes while living in Coeur d’Alene for 3 months. Got a great workout in while also enjoying the practice of yoga. Overall great experience here.

I love coming to yoga for 75 minutes on Saturday morning. The class is challenging but fun and there is a very friendly vibe. I feel fantastic when we finish.

This a great studio for a good workout that will keep your focus and give you a good sweat. Kim has a great playlist with a variety and fun beats. I always appreciate the encouragement and space to do my own modifications as I see fit. I’ve really enjoyed integrating Kim’s class into my weekly workout regimen!

Michelle, Kim, and the rest of the committed staff at Cd’A Power Yoga have created an atmosphere and a culture that is genuinely welcoming. Originally extremely hesitant to get involved, intimidated by the skill level of the experienced yogis, and embarrassed over my lack of familiarity with any aspect, I began practicing as an awkward clod. Due to Michelle’s immediate intentionality, warmth, authenticity, and the ability to draw out strength, I returned for a second class. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Kim’s low boat, high boat, low boat, high boat, low boat, yogi bicycles, more low boat, high boat abdominal routine (that was just the first round of abs) and by the end of that work out I felt I could survive anything. I also knew that if I could commit, I could get strong. Within the first few visits I felt welcome and safe, and I realized something special had opened up to me. These ladies, as well as Jared, have been encouraging, motivating, funny, sweet, strong, selfless, and truly committed. I would recommend that if you haven’t tried yoga, particularly if you are terrified of the idea, trust Cd’A Power Yoga with your journey. This place, and the people, will change you.

I practiced here for a year working to get back into my body and be a part of the general community after COVID. Their Restorative Yoga was lovely and the two teachers Shannon and Ashley did a wonderful job. I explored Power Yoga too and got some good benefits out of it, but the teacher, Kim, ended up being very inappropriate on a personal level. When I addressed this with the owner, Michelle, she was equally inappropriate and I decided to leave the studio. Just be warned that as much as they teach flexibility and balance the owner and her primary teacher do not practice these concepts in either a practical or spiritual manner. The hypocrisy runs deep so be cautious if you decide to invest your time.
