I bought a pair of slippers in 2019. It is now 2024 and the slippers are still going strong despite daily use for 5 months out of the year, including the pandemic. I just ordered replacement insoles, and they came very quickly and fit perfectly. I am so happy these slippers are machine washable too! These were a great investment.

I purchased a pair of slippers as a gift for my wife, but she decided to move up a size and “upgrade” to the princess model. Arranging the exchange was super easy and the service I received was prompt and friendly. Most importantly, the slippers are very high quality, the replaceable insole should extend their life quite a bit! We will definitely buy from them again.

"I don't claim to know the secret to happiness but I've never seen someone sad at a Mexican restaurant or a Leather shop!" This sign greeted us as we entered and we knew we'd found a special place! They have private label merchandise as well as carry some goods by other leather craftsman. Everything from belts to slippers to jackets and vests, Fanny packs, purses, wallets... so many great things! The young woman who helped us was very informative, helpful and let us know that this is a family operation. Such a treasure!

I will never enter this shop again. Took my kids in to look at beautiful leather goods, they tried on a couple hats quietly & then put them back where they found them. Our 3 year oldSon was looking in a mirror & the owner yelled at him cause he might get the mirror dirty(which he did not do). After apologizing he called me a liar & that I didn’t mean my apology. He was rude to our four sweet kids as well who would give him the shirt off their back if he asked. This shop does not value family, kindness, or people in general. If I could give this shop no stars I would. I genuinely hope & pray he finds kindness & how to run a business someday or he is going to go out of business.

This review has nothing to do with their products. The leather work is great. My wife and I were in here with our kids and they were not running around, being obnoxious, or touching anything. They were just looking at themselves in a mirror. The man working the counter sked for the kids to back up from the mirror. My wife politely asked the kids to back up and apologized to the man working. His resonse was "ya I am sure you are not sorry. You cant be serious. Your kids are ridiculous." I immediately tossed down the items I was about to purchase and we left. Never been treated so poorly in a shop. My who is a very genuine kind and caring woman was basically called a liar and my kids insulted too. Was very excited to order my wife a pair of their slippers for a Christms present, but now will never go in that shop again and I hope others will also find other places to spend money instead of here.

I just got moccasins and a beautiful leather bag. I make sure to visit The Leather Works shop whenever I am in town. I love their products, the slippers and the hair beret and bracelets among others- they last And are handmade by some of the friendliest shop owners I’ve ever met. Make sure to check it out!!

The slippers arrived before Christmas. Having ordered to late I was completely prepared to print out the picture and put it into a card. They are awesome!! Comfortable, warm, all natural and MADE IN AMERICA!!! I purchased them for my sister who has RA and often has ankle and foot pain. She totally loves the way they fit and feel. If anyone is on the fence just order them you will be very happy. Customer service is second to none as well.
