Not sure if this company is still open since they will not reply to me (I have tried at least 10 times) and my 30 day return was shipped back to me so I am stuck with the product. They have horrible reviews, I wish I knew that before I purchased from this company. Buyer beware!!

I look forward to checking them out online. The Google listing showed them as a local quilt shop, which is incorrect.They do have a both at a local craft mall; however, as someone passing through, being navigated to a location only to be told that they are a pick up location for online orders only and I'd have to drive to a different address in an unfamiliar city to browse wasn't ideal.They need to update their Google listing.

I placed an order on April 6 it is now May 11 and I still haven’t received my order. At first at least I was given an excuse for the delay now it’s at the point where I don’t even get a response to my email inquiries. I called customer service multiple times finally spoke with someone today who promised she would call me back in one hour that did not happen. Canceling my entire order. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a set of Bluejay ornaments and the color is so dull you can barely call it blue. the picture looked much brighter. They were a representation of a passed on loved one and meant a lot. having to pay shipping ($8) on a $13 item to return them is nonsense. very disappointed.

Horrible response time via emails regarding order status, orders ship far later than estimated even after the arrival of backordered items. Prices are higher than other sites offering the same item. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache. I requested cancellation after many days of non-response regarding a tracking number. I threatened to report to credit card company. Suddenly got a response a couple hours later that the order had shipped. But it had only shipped the day before, LONG after requesting cancellation. Now they want me to refuse delivery or return the package to a FedEx location if its delivered when I'm not home. Ridiculous. Could've avoided all of this if their email responses had been as timely as when I threatened a credit card dispute. Will not buy again.

They had exactly what I needed AND I didn't have to place a minimum order like many other craft websites. My order was shipped right away with a tracking number and arrived in a matter of days. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Yay!

I ordered 4 Dean Jacob spices with Grinders on January 7, 2021 and was told in a confirmation email that it would be 10 to 14 business days before I would receive them. As of today, 2/I6/21 I still haven't received any of them. I sent an email on 1/21 asking about the order and I received a reply that stated "We are expecting a shipment in from our vendor this week. They just made a fresh batch of spices last Wednesday and were shipping to us, so that is the slight delay."On January 25th, I followed up with a phone call and was told that they had the peppercorns already there and the other items should be there any day. I have just sent my final email to them requesting that they be upfront with me on this order. I like to give small merchants the benefit of the doubt especially in these trying times. It appears they could use some help on the quality customer service side. Truly disappointing.

They have HORRIBLE customer service. Good luck getting through on the phone. By chance you get through they do not have an answer and say they will call you back and never do. Good luck getting them to respond to an email either!! Been waiting over 2 months for the rest of my matching curtains. Said they would be ready Sept 1st., so ordered and paid Sept 1st. They sent an email stating it would be 10-14 days to receive them. By Sept 16th no curtains, so called and got through after 10 attempts but said they didn't even have the curtains yet!! An email stating my curtains were delayed would have been great. Pathetic company.

I ordered braided rugs and had a list of things I was going to order.. This was in March!!!! They said that they order May 19th. Now they won’t answer emails.... left several messages... no call backs!!! Don’t buy from these people!!!

terrible company to order from. i ordered a few items on June 4th here it is July 7 still no items. Terrible communication. Would never recommend this company
