I went in today to purchase a new phone. I'm not the best tech type person and was a little anxious about transferring all of the contents from my old phone to the new one. Dakota took wonderful care of me. He did everything for me right in the store. I'll also mention that he helped me choose a phone that was right for me and not just the most expensive. Class act and wonderful experience. Thank you again!

Whitney was so patient and calm when getting me set up with my phone. We ran into some glitches getting everything transferred over but she was a perfect example of wonderful customer service and professionalism.

We recently switched our phone service from Verizon to T-Mobile. At T-Mobile we were able to talk to a very knowledgeable, very helpful woman named Barbara who helped us through every step of the process. Talking to an employee in person makes it extremely easy to ask questions and complete the task of paying for you monthly plan.

I am not happy with T-Mobile right now with the slamming & cramming your customers! I was promised one thing and did not get delivered. Then the bill came in & it was $100 over quoted price. T-Mobile says oh well that's Your problem. I'm going Back to my dependable carrier. Who doesn't slam & cram the customers lying the whole time

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went to the T Mobile in Cda because we wanted a family plan. We were with Straight Talk and wanted to use our old phones which he said he could do. The man who was helping us switched us over to a family plan before informing us that our Straight Talk phones were locked and we could not use them. This was after saying that he had done many transfers from Straight Talk, so you would think he would have already known that would happen. THen my husband had to buy a phone so he would have the ability to call straight talk and get our phones unlocked. After calling Straight Talk, we were told there was nothing that they could do since our numbers now belonged to T Mobile...something else that the man who helped us should have known. So then, feeling scammed we had to get new phones. When My husband went in to get the phones, they charged him for setting up the 3 lines when we were told we would only be charged for 1, then the phones they gave us came out to 30 dollars more than it said it was on the wall. The sales rep said it was a slightly different model and he "Didn't think it would matter" A total Scam, we were lied to and lef on the entire way and no we are stuck with them for 2 years...Please do NOT go with this company. They lie to your face just to get sales.

Andrew, the front line store rep, did an amazing job today. Seamlessly handled the concerns of all 4 customers in line within less than 5 minutes, while working the entire store himself. This is why I stick with Tmo 4L! Get this man a raise.
