From the first question I had on Google Maps chat to the staffs complete & detail oriented help just this past 2 weeks (I've had a large unit for over 3+ months) they go above and beyond especially considering I've not yet been able to meet in person (medical/surgery) yet I've been treated like a part of the Storelocal family. I especially like the security, cleanliness and peace of mind I've gotten from beforehand, here online to actually renting, their thorough & even suggestions on how much space I'd need (they were spot on) to understanding of not needing my add on package ? boxes, tape and mattress covers until almost 2 weeks ago & having my friends pick up instead of myself, even checking ID and name on account, I just can't say enough. Thank you for Helping me while in a situation I'd not found myself in before.

Very nice lady and very helpful through the whole process. I rented a 8' x 16' unit for my 1 bedroom apt. I think everything will fit in it ok too. Security cameras are on site code you enter at the gate. And it's open for your convenience from 9 am - 10 pm daily.

Storelocal was so very helpful with getting us into a unit after our house flooded. It was already a trying experience, and Carol was a highlight during the whole situation. We even got $10 off the next month by bringing in a Toy for Toys-for-Tots!.. Thank you very much Carol and Storelocal!

Carol is an amazing Lady!! I am extremely happy and satisfied with the friendly and helpful assistance that I received when I rented my unit! She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in saving me money with ideas about different ways for me to move some of my belongings into the unit that I would have otherwise not thought of doing in the ways she suggested. She’s definitely a “keeper”! I look forward to seeing her anytime I go there!! ??AAA++++++++++
