Asked about my prescription and what time they thought it would be in and instantly the lady on the phone changed her tone and was extremely short, rude, and unprofessional and hung up on me. I wasn't rude or anything I asked a simple question.

Actually ask my wife to call another Safeway to transfer her prescription because…”we do over 400 scripts a day”… we are too busy. Then took all day to get a much needed antibiotic filled. Not friendly, and no teamwork. Very, very inefficient Pharmacy. Will not return, better options for sure.

I have had issues with rude people working at this pharmacy and just ignored it but my 71 year old mother was so upset about how she was treated today by the pharmacy. They were annoyed about working Memorial Day and decided to take it out on her. Shame on you ! I have been very patient and kind with businesses because of the employee shortages but that does not give them the right to treat customers badly. If you want to be treated with respect then you need to do the same with your customers.

The pharmacist pressed me to verbalize an immunocompromising condition before she would give me the form to receive a COVID booster. I don’t know about the code of ethics in pharmacy but if a physician ever refused care because a patient would not verbalize personal health information in a public setting there would be possible board action.

I’d give them 0 but I can’t. These idiots DIDNT EVEN FILL MY ENTIRE PRESCRIPTION. It actually did immense amount of harm including increased infertility to my body. I’m on the brink of suing.
