Room smells like cigarettes. Bathtub looks mildewy and had cigarette burns. Towels look mildewy. Front desk attendent unprofessional and not helpful at all. Smoke slarm covered with a plastic bag. Pretty sure the fire department will love that when i send them a picture

Presidential Suite is like a motel 6 room with a dirty jet tub and no mini fridge/kitchenette. Misleading and disappointing
Rooms: Not very clean. Dated. Misleading info on room being a "suite"

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Worst customer service I've ever received, employees were flat-out rude to my wife, disrespectful and deceptive. Do not support this establishment.

Anyone should avoid staying here any cost. The internet was the slowest and intermittent in any hotel that I ever stayed. Someone clogged the smoke detector with a piece of plastic. No one paid attention before checking me in. I noticed this as I was checking out in the morning. I guess there was a long term guest who was cooking inside the room. Someone left cigarette buds outside my window. No hot water in the sink. I would not have mentioned any of these if the following did not happen. I forgot my key in the room and locked myself out. Went to the front desk. No one is there and virtual assistant is not working. Waited for 15-20 mins. Rang the bell, made several phone calls. No response. I left and came later and the manger is there. I told him I was waiting for so long at the desk. An apology for leaving the desk unattended was what I was expecting. He said instead “ I was at the shower and I cannot come to the desk naked”. I had read other complaints about the manager from other comments. So plz avoid this man and this hotel if you can. I looked at the google reviews and not surprised to see a large number of people complaining about the manager and the front desk not being staffed all the time.

If I could give a zero star I would. Booked this place for a cheap stay, however, I would have rather stayed in my car. When checking in there was nobody in sight. The kiosk took 20 minutes to work, and when finally did the key wouldn’t come out. Called for service to try and get checked in someone answered then hung up. Typically I won’t go off but the staff did not care about anything. When the dude came out to fix he was wearing socks no shoes. For a couple of reasons very unsanitary. Got into the room, door was busted so even fully shut I could still see outside light like the door was cracked. Upon further inspection of the room there was a vomit stain on the carpet, floor was not vacuumed nor was the bedding cleaned. Non smoking room and reacted of smoke, have an allergy so made this stay horrible. Stains all over the carpet, and stains on the sheets. Not pet friendly but dog hair all over the room. DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience I have ever had.

Door had busted paint from what looked like someone beating their fist on it, the door frame had previous damage from breaking in.
There is no hair dryer, no fridge and the hot water didn’t work…
Went to front desk at 7 AM about hot water issue, no one there, finally after 8 AM someone arrived and didn’t offer any help or compensation for the issues.
Also said NO MILITARY discount which we later found out was not correct.
I would never stay here again

I have never been to this place and if my husband would have seen your request for me to rate it, I am sure he'd at least have questions like I would if reversed. If your tracking is that inaccurate then please next time choose a nicer place like The CdA Resort. Really makes me question the validity of the reviews you share.

Great place staff great easy book in fast n quick they get u into it room early n if ur out n about they call n let u know ur room able real clean please easy access to town or a place to eat love it my stay way great
Rooms: Rooms are big lots everything up to date n hot water lighting good place clean n beds comfortable I recommend u stay there cheapest place if u go through price line
Nearby activities: Easy to walk n lots of things close by
Safety: Safety is a must this place has that filling it's keep clean n no stranded people walking around u will see staff walk through the parking lot
Walkability: Everything is in short distance
Food & drinks: Coffee good
Noteworthy details: Give the staff a great job u guys rock it there n it's my number one place thank u for everything u do there
