The three women that were working the day I came in were absolutely fantastic! I had my 1 year old daughter with me and the ladies went above & beyond to help me through the entire process. It turned into a little bit of a tricky draw on me and they were gentle & patient. I also witnessed them treating all the other patients in the very same manner. Excellent work ladies!

Terrible experience with Isabella attempting to draw my blood. When she was unable to find my vein she told me she “knew what she was doing” in a rude and demeaning tone. She also reprimanded me for not drinking enough water before my appointment. After using my arm as a pin cushion and inflicting unnecessary pain she finally realized she wasn’t going to be up to the task. A new technician then entered the room and quickly and painlessly located my vein and withdrew blood from the same arm Isabella was attempting. I get that there’s a shortage of qualified employees across many fields, but no customer should ever be treated poorly especially by someone who lacks the basic skills to perform their job.

My son had a last minute test that needed to be done to play his college sport. Quest really came through with the availability of the test and without my son spending a ton of money. He said everyone was so nice and he left really happy with the service. Thank you Quest Diagnostics!

Very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond as my son was a difficult case and they were extremely patient with him and helpful so the test was a success thanks to their help and professionalism.

The lack of work effort is ridiculous. Please stop with the quick and easy commercial in the background. It's a lie. Just going to keep waiting. Also, I get this test every 3 months. Every time I come with my test in a box, they act like they've never seen it before. I'm on my 2nd year of this test.

We had an easy experience. We paid for the labs out-of-pocket through a third-party, drove to Quest the next day, took a number and waited for like 2 minutes. She drew blood and then we left. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks!

they were not clear with me about what my out of pocket expense was going to be. i got home and received e mail with bill that was much high erabove my expectations for routine physical. ouch!!! dgb

I have gone for monthly INR tests on 5 occasions. Despite having a standing order, on 3 of the 5 occasions the tech could not find the orders so I wasted an hour round trip drive time. Staff take no ownership of their mistakes. They just look at you as if their incompetence is your fault. How can you trust their testing and results when they are so incompetent on simple record keeping.

Worst customer service of my life. Endless holds and when they finally do answer they “transfer you” to who you need to speak to, but it’s really just back to hold!

Rip off! I paid for a covid antibody test while I was there for another test. They couldn't find the order for the covid test on their computer. I showed them the receipt they had just emailed me. They refused to give me the test I paid for. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get a refund! Stay away!
