The main reason i won't return to this place is because the owner is not friendly. She acts like you are a bother. I bought a box from her and had her add packing peanuts and for just the peanuts and her "labor" the total came to $9. that seems extremely expensive.

Incompetent and unresponsive. On two occasions, I was promised a callback for my missing mail, and never received one. I finally resolved my mail issue, and the postal carrier began forwarding it again for no apparent reason. She had no idea where she was forwarding it to …unbelievable!!!

We dropped in today looking to have an oversized art piece packaged for shipping. It was bigger than the Annex could do so these fine folks tried to reach several art galleries on our behalf. One of these was able to steer us in a good direction and the Annex donated some packing pieces toward our cause.Thank you so kindly for all your time and help!

I've had a box here for almost 11 years. They've never lost anything, they're super helpful and nice. The current owner even added some gift shop stuff, super cool souvenirs and she carries a few really fun lines of greeting cards. She plays great music in there. They never missed a beat during covid. Locally owned business, honest, hard working, good people. I highly recommend this place.

Worst customer service ever and the notary services are a joke. Apparently if the lady working there is “ having a bad day” you’re out of luck for getting anything done. The way she treats people is disgusting. This location would only benefit by getting rid of her unprofessional behavior. We will never come to this location again.

Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. They are extremely over-priced and some members of the staff definitely need some proper training in customer service.

I'm your typical mess when it comes to shipping.I spent an hour and a half in line at the post office doing exactly what they asked, to find out the the post office can't ship my product. I ran over to the postal annex and Janna helped me figure out what the problem was. They are great at helping me package my items so they ship in the cheapest ways. The postal annex is quick enough that there is rarely a long line. If you need something shipped, go to postal annex.

Fees for box renters make it too expensive. The staff are friendly and generally knowledgable. I loved Postal Annex and had been a customer for almost a decade. It was always nice to see the familiar, friendly faces of the staff when I stopped in to pick up my mail. Sadly, this location has gone downhill with reduced weekend hours, and now adding microtransactions for box renters. I didn't mind paying 35% over the market rate for a box, because their location was convenient to me and I liked the employees. But they just (Effective May 2022, per the flyer they handed out) started introducing microtransactions for receiving packages. Fees of up to $20 for every package received. Then on top of that, an additional $1-$10 per day to hold a package for more than 2 days. I asked around and was recommended a different place for box rental. The location is far less convenient, but they charge the market rate for a box (35% less than Postal Annex), with 24/7 access, and no fees for receiving packages unless you receive more than 15 in a month. And the new place texts you a picture of every package received so you know exactly when something arrived and is ready for pickup! That's a convenience Postal Annex never offered, despite their high prices and new fees.

Terrible service (if you could even call it service). I waited in line for the one person in front of me to get her package paid for for about fifteen minutes because the employee was so slow. Finally when it was my turn, she couldn't get the barcode on my prepaid label to scan. She said something like "oh, well" and started shoving it to the side to move on to the next person. I said I needed a receipt and could she please type in the tracking number. She said no, shoved the package at me, told me I could go somewhere else, and walked away from me. Everyone in the store was shocked speechless! I went to a UPS store further away. They couldn't scan the barcode either, but the man quickly entered the tracking number without saying a thing. I was in and out of there in about two minutes.

The service in store was good and I left happy. Unfortunately they actually did not charge enough postage so each recipient owed 30 cents before they could receive their item. So frustrating.

Worst customer service I have ever received in a small business. I had to ship some prescription medication to my grandfather who went out of town for an emergency and ended up staying longer than expected. I made it VERY clear to the employee that I had to do overnight or two day -- she ensured me 2 day was the best choice. I sent it on a Wednesday - got on to check and now it is saying expected delivery is Monday.... 5 DAYS!!! I called this morning to see if there was anything we could do and got another employee who to start of with hardly speaks any English and repeatedly tells me she "doesn't understand me and she doesn't speak English good". After explaining the situation several times she then BLAMES ME that I didn't explain to the other employee what I needed, which is absolutely false - the other employee knew exactly the circumstance. I was appalled and asked to speak to someone else; she told me the owner gets in later and would call me back. I asked for the owners name so I could call and request to speak to him later and she proceeded to tell me he would just call me later and then hung up on me! Talk about piss poor customer service. I fully understand with COVID and employee shortages that shipping may have been delayed or whatever but to blame me then raise her voice at me and hang up --- worst customer service ever and I will never go there again and would highly recommend to anyone to choose another business here in town to use for your shipping needs.
