Love this store! Very friendly owners and always a quick experience. I bring in pre paid boxes, so just need to drop them off and get a receipt and I am always in and out in 30 seconds. Great experience.

Friendly upbeat owners and staff. Very patient and willing to help pick the right box/envelope. Cute assortment of odd and ends for sale ( bobbleheads, small wooden puzzles etc.) 10 outta 10 would recommend

I love this store! The owner was so sweet and helpful! I would go back and support her store any day. She did not have a Q reader, and we tried to do it via email. It didn't work, but she was determined! I highly recommend this store!

We recently moved from another state and needed a place set up ahead of time to receive mail and packages. They got right back to me and walked me through the process. Once we moved to the area, I have found that the owners are incredible people who go above and beyond to help their customers. They've helped me ship and return multiple items with no problems. I would highly recommend the Dalton Gardens Postal Plus to anyone looking not only to ship packages, but for a private mail box as well. Thank you to the owners for actually making it fun and enjoyable to get your mail again.

New owners are FANTASTIC! I always found the old owner lady to be pretty grumpy and not great at customer service. Can't fault her, people are annoying.I came in the other day with a set of defective brake calipers for my vehicle that needed to be returned. Calipers are heavy for those that don't know, and this set came out to about 30 lbs, and a whopping $150 for shipping. The owners went out of their way to help me find the best deal and sized flat-rate box, repackage the calipers, and saved me over $100 on shipping. AMAZING!!

My son came in and paid $36 to ship a package. The package was returned to me stating "illegible" there was tape over the shipping label that "ate" the address. The lady behind the counter claimed it was because of customs, then she said it was the post office. I showed her the receipt and the package and she continued to argue stating i needed to call customs because it's not her problem. When you pay for the item to be shipped and the people who MAILED it for us took my son's money and shipped it they should know where to put the tape. Tried to explain what "illegible" meant and she kept stating you're not listening. Nope lady not me, You're the one who's not listening....UpdateMy husband went in because the owner posted to come in on Friday and she would look into this. Nothing changed. Still no one listens. Never using this business again as they pretty much stole money from my son who is a minor. No apologies just straight defensive and denial of anything they did wrong. Tape was over the shipping label and this removed the address it should have gone to.

Got put in my place today by a Postal Plus service person today. She SLAYED customer service today. Slayed it.1. I called to ask a postal tracking question, two words into my question she yelled at me and said “We are NOT A POST OFFICE, don’t ask post office questions.”I’m definitely going in now I need to see the person behind that voice. I’m intrigued….2. Give her my packages and she then yells very loudly “ GIVE ME THOSE NOW!! I need to look at them closely!!” YIKES I’m scared now. Did I tape correctly? Are my boxes quality enough for this establishment? Am I dressed nice enough. I’m scared now.3. I’m leaving now but I’m stopping to get a free, I repeat free flat rate box provided to them by the real Post Office, ( because remember they are not a Post Office) but you know I’m really crossing the line now.“DON’T TAKE THAT IT’S FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!”.OK now I’m really confused now…what kind of interloper am I? What constitutes a customer at this business of “Fine Mailing”. OK now it’s getting scary, people in line are apologizing to me for her… I say Merry Christmas to her and leave.Tomorrow I’m going to get a gift for her and meekly walk in and hand it to her. Be better Lori. High road. High road. She needs me to show grace. Tis’ the season…Merry Christmas ??!
