Wish I could give neg stars for almost two years of going to Petco cda not a problem
But now for going on four months they have been out of tiki cat pate wet single can food they have the cases you can buy but my cat does not like all the flavors so I buy him single cans so o can get the flavors he likes but now I been buying the cases and giving the food he does not eat to a friend I just bought 24 can case and gave 14 of them away I feel I should just throw my money in the trash
If not fix soon cancel my vital care account and buy my cats food a a different store that stocks there shelves on a regular
Like I said it’s been four months now in a week it will be five months and I stop there three times a week to see if they have his food in stock

We take our dogs here to get groomed. They love going here and they do a good job. The workers here love the animals

Decent petco. It's a big box store..... not sure much to review. Prices are high on cat food, but they are high everywhere. Friendly staff. Free parking lot.

I recently had the best customer service experience ever at Petco. Cassie went above and beyond to assist me. She explained everything perfectly, taking the time to understand my concerns about feeding my bulldog. Cassie guided me to find the best food for him, and her recommendations have made a noticeable difference in his health. I truly appreciate her knowledge and dedication. Thank you, Cassie, for your exceptional help!

I don't like it. I am a fan of reptiles, lizards, iguanas, etc. Before, I enjoyed going to Pero and I spent up to $200-$300 and as soon as they started bringing reptiles I stopped going and now I buy what I need online at CHEWY and I even took my dogs. to bathe and now they come to bathe them at my house. I don't like PETCO they don't think about customers who have a phobia of those reptiles. Yuck????

Nothing but great experiences with this store. My dog just had surgery and stitches and Cierra was such a major big help! From helping me return the item, to being really knowledgeable about what I was searching for. Cierra, you are doing such a wonderful job at taking care of people, thank you so very much!!! :)

The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming back here and would recommend it especially if you want to know more about your animals and their care. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out.

Only give 1 star because I can’t give negative stars which is what they deserve, I went to the store on the 95 in Hayden I believe this was my experience.
I asked the groomers to cut my dogs nails. They were not able to do so after I told them he didn’t like it and they would need to have him restrained. My dog is non violent and has never bit any other dog or a person. I was waiting in line to pay for the nail trim and buff and the line was so long with only 1 cashier that the groomer called that my dog was ready before I even got to pay for it. A person walks up to me and says “I’m going to take that paper from you we were unable to cut your dogs nails, “ she told me he had scratched the person who attempted to trim his nails and that he “nipped “ at them. I said my dog has never done that and I’m 100% sure that didn’t happen. She said well he didn’t really nip or bite. Yet she stated that he did in front of the other customers. I was extremely embarrassed as my dog is a service dog and is well trained and has never done that, your groomers are absolutely unprofessional, in trained and should not be allowed to touch anyones dog especially if they are making false statements. Your store was absolutely silly in the amount of working people and yet one register was open making all of the customers wait.
