“Amazing Pet Store! I've never experienced a true mom and pop pet store until Duncan's. I say that because the best restaurants, stores, and places to stay that I have had the opportunity to experience throughout several decades have been smaller family owed and local businesses. Duncan's is one of those places. They are like family. Unfortunately their have been some people who have left with only 1 young man who came back that knows my husband and I as regulars and again have always treated us like family. The new employees are nice and kind and are still adjusting. However, the vibe from Duncan's is working its way through these new employees, and it's nice to see. Duncan's will always be our place to go, and we highly recommend this pet store to everyone we know and meet.”

“This place groomed my dog so good and I'm so impressed. There were a couple of glitches getting my Fanny in for grooming but the owner made me a solid, kept her word and the groomer topped it off with I think, Fanny's best groom EVER! Thanks NW Pet Resort! You guys proved to be top notch!”
