I had some issues with one of the installers in October when I got Hughes Net set up at my new home. I finally figured out what the company was and contacted them. Hunter was so awesome! He called back almost immediately (after hours may i mention) and was very eager to solve my issues. He came out the next morning and fixed everything! He was very apologetic about his former employees work and behavior. He worked around my schedule and then some!!! I definitely recommend this company to do installs. I went from no internet/lots of hiccups to a steady connection! He even offered to come up in the spring and bury the cord so it's not a tripping hazard or an eyesore. Wonderful company and owner! ?

On time, polite, personable, clean and courteous.The installer, Hunter, was delightful to visit with as he worked independently.He finished quickly, took the time to help me ensure my devices work correctly and even though he had more installations to go to- he did not act as though he didn’t have time to help us. I am very pleased with the services provided by Hunter. He is very professional, organized, and keeps his installs very neat. He is very accommodating to your schedule and is always on time (sometimes early). I have been with other companies before and I can honestly say that this company was the best choice I’ve made by far (& my WiFi is also a lot faster!) His services are affordable and high quality. I recommend contacting him 10/10!
