Braxton is a good guy and very helpful, but a new management person was quite rude to me. The company cheated it's the employees retirement funds by 141 million dollars and is being sued right now. I stay at this business because of people like Braxton and other great staff who have helped me tremendously. Because of the rude managers' comments to me, I searched for another oxygen supply company, but I could not find another company as good as Norco. They made a poor choice in hiring that person. Notwithstanding, the manager Norco is the best oxygen supply place around. They did not get a 5 star rating because of the management's rude comments to me and refused to help me in a time of need. The rank and file are great people, but this manager is not.

Norco has been amazing for us. My son received a tracheostomy a few months ago in a different state. That hospital set us up with a different DME provider that said they would provide his equipment and supplies once we got back to Idaho. Long story short, they never did and I was having to wash and sterilize his supplies as best I could for several months. Within days of contacting Norco, Alyssa brought out all of the supplies and helped set everything up. She's been so helpful and responsive when I've contacted her with questions. And they have already scheduled his next delivery. I am extremely happy we switched to Norco and all of the employees I've dealt with have been great!

Made several inquiries on mthly cost for cpap Mt hubby has had for 20 years they never mentioned of course it would cost over 40 bucks for a resoviourvery dishonest why can anymedical supply be honest now we are stuck with a damn machine we cannot afford to replace supply hope they last forever

Absolutely love this place!! Everyone is very polite, professional, & sympathetic. I communicate directly with Alyssa Frahm more than anyone else. She always makes herself available for all of my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable, provides all options and even gives great tips. Thank you so much Alyssa and all other CDA Norco employees for making my cpap transition an easy one! I appreciate all you do!

Tried to call Boise and Cd on phone. On hold for over 10 minutes on both. Cannot understanding what recordi g is saying. Finally hung up on both calls and had to drive to the store where Vanessa did a great job helping me. Phone service is terrible, don't waist your time.

I have been so impressed with this company so far. I switched from their competitor who I did not have a very good experience with.Everyone here that I dealt with were very helpful, kind and professional. The last person that assisted me, Crystal was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in researching what I exactly needed. She was so patient and kind. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Was misled and mis informed on numerous occasions. Should have paid out of pocket instead of going thru insurance. Set up on payment plan they quit doing. Now in collector $1900.
