We bought a mattress from Costco 6 months ago and have been suffering every night since. We finally had enough and saw the great reviews for National Mattress and stopped in. Dagmar was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the products and encouraged us to take our time and spend some on each mattress that fit our criteria. She wasn't pushy at all and was delightful to work with. Mattress was delivered 24 hours later! I NEVER buy something without price shopping but we bought the mattress after being there for about a half hour. Later that night I reluctantly looked online and was thrilled to see that the mattress we bought from National was way more expensive everywhere else! I would have been content as long as it was close, since we had great service, but when I can feel like I get a great deal and awesome service that's what I call a win!

My purchase on 11/29/23 was pleasant. The store manager was very nice and helpful; she asked when I would like the delivery as there was an availability today. They also honor our veterans with a discount.

I saw a 5-star review for National Mattress & Furniture in Coeur d Alene & decided to check out the selection of king mattresses. We were surprised at the selection and types available here. Brittany is the General Manager and very knowledgeable about her products and inventory. We happily had a new King Sealy mattress and new adjustable base delivered a few days later & the delivery even included breakdown of old bed & installation of new frame and mattress. The delivery men even set up our old mattress and frame in spare bedroom for us at no extra charge. Husband and I are getting used to the elevated options of the new base & sleeping well. I would give 10 stars to this business!

This is the absolute best mattress store in the north! My wife and I shopped for a mattress for days and when we got to National mattress Britney found the best one we ever used! Definitely going back when you children are ready for new beds. Britney is awesome!

Came in to look and got fitted to the perfect mattress quick and easy. No pressure no stress. I dreaded buying a new mattress for two years expecting an all day horrible adventure. Should have come in sooner! Thank you for the amazing experience!

We had just purchased a bunk bed for our daughter and needed a twin and full size mattress for the beds. We walked in and were greeted right away and directed quickly to the mattresses to meet our needs. We found exactly what we were looking for and they had everything in stock. We felt very well taken care of and we were so happy to take everything home with us that day. Both mattresses were rolled out to our car for us and we went on our merry way. All in all the entire experience was wonderful and very quick which was exactly what we were hoping for! Thank you National Mattress & Furniture!

Awesome experience. The GM of the store walked my fiance and myself around and really made sure to be thorough and transparent and found a perfect mattress for us. Extremely friendly staff, delivery was free and super fast. Mattress is awesome and was very reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough

Got a great mattress at a great price. The employees are amazing. The manager was so nice!!! She really knows her products and is definitely great with people. She was training a new salesperson who was also super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend, not just for the prices but to support our local economy. We will definitely be back for more.

Brittany was wonderful to work with! We came in looking for a “first” mattress for our 4 year old, and she gave great personal recommendations. It was a very family friendly atmosphere, and she wasn’t bothered by our kids running around being kids. She helped our family in a big new milestone! Would 1000% come back to this LOCALLY OWNED business!
