I had a major issue come up with my ford, it would die and every time I fueled up I wouldn’t be able to start it for many minutes and multiple attempts. This was obviously not a great situation to be in with 2 young children. I called and was taken care of very quickly. Everyone was amazing and the knowledge that they had on the repair was great. They also fixed 2 minor recalls while it was in. AJ, Kevyn, and Conner were very respectful and knowledgeable. I was thankful for it all to be able with such ease and turned out to thankfully be a very affordable repair. I’m usually not a dealership service person unless it’s a new vehicle but they really did a great job.

I own a 2022 Bronco-When my vehicle was getting warrantee work done, the tech broke some trim pieces and they had to be replaced. When my service manager went to get my car, he discovered another part that was broken while being repaired. After 2 weeks I finally picked up my vehicle. When I was driving it home, an alert came on my dash saying my GOAT was not working and I am not able to utilize 4wd. Also, I have aftermarket rock slides that has a step that lowers when the door is opened. Something happened while being repaired at dealer and now the step does not go back up. I am taking it back in tomorrow for them to look at both items. I am very frustrated.

This visit focused on my doors (except the driver's door) not locking or unlocking without using the FOB buttons. I learned quite a bit about how many functions pull from the battery. I wondered why I didn't get any warning from my dashboard that the battery was being drained or needed to be checked. With all the other warnings, this should have been one. Would like service people to reset things according to where I had them such as radio, light switches, dashboard settings after using them. I am not fluent in using the dashboard so once I set it, I don't want it bothered. I appreciated Matt, my service advisor for contacting me to explain the results of the diagnostic and what would be needed to fix the issue. I felt that the guys were more friendly, but still would like to be met at my car after entering the service bay in stead of me standing and not being acknowledged that I am there or who will be handling my visit.

Great work, worked with my timeline and communicated with me well. Matt my service advisor was awesome to work with. Definitely recommend. Also bought the truck from the dealership as well and that process was also great.

I bought the vehicle two years ago used. I was offered a 3year 36,000 mile warranty, which I took. The 36,000 miles went fast. I now find out that my vehicle needs over $10,000 Worth of work done? I feel this vehicle for the price that I am paying for it should last a lot longer than it has. I'm not HAPPY WITH MIKE WHITE FORD!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE!!

For proper service, a great attitude and reasonable prices start here! An unexpected event arose on a family vehichle. Dan in service offered us to drop the truck and promised to expedite as much as was practicable considering our situation. AJ in the shop then took us in with no notice, diagnosed the problem and repaired with in house factory parts. The only delay was AJ having the audacity to take a (regularly scheduled, and well deserved ) day off. The service team gave us a full report of the vehichles condition, list of repairs, and had us underway quickly with great communication. I think the only thing they forgot to adjust was the flux capacitor, but where we're going we don't needs roads so it all worked out. A hearty and sincere thank you to all of the guys that so graciously helped us. You are great at what you do, and you make it look easy...
