-Most importantly- a racial slur was used by the woman cutting my hair.- she didn't listen to me and just did what she wanted-She mocked and shamed me and the woman before me (who was still there getting her nails done) for not getting our split ends trimmed often enough.-My hair is hard to brush when wet but she just kept tearing at it instead of using a wide tooth comb like I suggested because that's how I do it at home. She insisted she knew better.- my hair ended up completely uneven

I highly recommend this salon. I received excellent service from Alisha, who cut and colored my hair. I had photos rendering what I wanted for my haircut. Alisha was very attentive and listened to my wants and needs. Also, she did a fantastic job on my full foil color. She blended my previous bleached highlights perfectly, and even provided a custom mixed toner for that extra added touch. I love my hair!

Alisha was so kind and accommodating when we booked pedicures for myself and my daughter. She was understanding when we were a few minutes late and made us comfortable as quickly as possible. We had scheduled a late appointment to allow my daughter to join after work and she still was not rushed with us. The salon was a clean, comfortable environment. Alisha did an excellent job on our nails and feet. We will definitely go back to see Alisha at Lavish Salon.

I used to love going to the salon until there were changes in the way things were moved and I used to feel relaxed and comfortable before furniture and stations were moved. Now, I feel like I can’t have a conversation with my gal because it is all open and everything side by side. Always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Too much going on in the small space, too much stuff. Going to have to find a new salon.Services: Hair coloring

My sister, best friend and myself got our nails done today. All of our nails are lumpy and slanted. The color that’s dark and should NOT be see through is. While I was getting mine done The tech made 4 of my fingers bleed. 3 of which bled the entire time I was getting them done. She cut my fingers fairly deep. One of my thumbs the tip isn’t even on my nail it’s lifted. I was excited to get them done before I got mine done. Walking out of the salon I wanted to cry. I have never had a worse experience getting my nails done ever. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
