Getting three new windows. Showed up put in two . After talking to them, they said they get back to me. No show. Seems people at front counter have no idea about what is happening. I would never use them again.

Such great customer service!! Trinity and Tiffany took great care of me when I was desperate! Had a pane in my slider spontaneously shatter and could not get it closed due to all the glass. Every other company was 2-4 weeks for even quote!! Tiffany was able to squeeze me in and get my door closed til we can get it fully taken care of. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Tiffany and Trinity for helping me out!!***Update*** door is fixed and they worked around my schedule!! Will definitely use Lake City Glass for all my glass needs!!

We just got a shower door put in a couple weeks ago. Gi was so professional and also very personable. Love how it turned out. Brenda, who I dealt with in the office was amazing as well. Very personable, friendly and answered all our questions effectively. You could tell they were both very knowledgeable in what they do. Highly recommend for any glass work. I will definitely go back!

In the past two years, many Lake City Glass window experts have been out to provide estimates and to replace an estimated 85% of our aged windows; there were a LOT! I could not be happier. All of my interactions, from calling to schedule, followups, estimates, and to final installation have been timely and reasonably priced. Unbelievable maintenance service from Tiffany - not only is LCG the first contractor in our remodel process to show up ONE WEEK EARLY to help us out, she was fast and amazingly generous with her time and advice. Sliding glass door now operates like new. I will never call anyone else for glass door service, replacement etc, they have earned my repeat business and I would give Tiffany way more than 5 stars if I could!

Lack City Glass is simply the best! From the office staff -- Brenda and Amanda -- to the estimators and installers, Gi and crew, we've never been disappointed. Everyone is prompt, professional, and treats our home with respect. We've used Lake City 4-5 times over the years, mostly to change failed double-pane "cells" that loose the seal after a many years and get foggy inside. Their prices are always fair and the workmanship is perfect.

Great quality and customer care!! Our glass sliding door had a mishap with a rock and Lake City Glass was able to come out, submit an estimate, and get us scheduled in very quickly.
