Way too many patients for one pharmacy. The wait times can be ridiculous. As for the employees, I've never talked to one that wasn't grumpy. I miss my old pharmacy. But now Kootenai Health will only cover you at their 1 pharmacy so I'm screwed.

Took an hour and a half to fill my one simple prescription! Obviously, from what they told me, when you say you’ll wait in your car in the parking lot instead of in their lobby, they use this as an excuse to put you last on their list. Kootenai Health and Blue Cross of Idaho force employees to use this pharmacy (and basically use only KH for all health needs) or they charge us much higher fees. I believe this should be illegal! If you’re going to force your employees to use the same pharmacy you send most of your patients to, please staff it better to improve wait times. Also have heard that they’re not as well stocked as most pharmacies. Shameful for a pharmacy run by a big healthcare system.

I’m not a Karen just being REAL!! I leave my drs and head to the pharmacy like I always have any other pharmacy I’d ever used had always had my meds ready by the time I arrived… long story short when switching pharmacy due to medicine man closing kootenai pharmacy had my meds ready within the hour which made me think they’re not to bad… the next month I leave my drs show up at Kootenai pharmacy and they say did you receive a text I said nope I sure didn’t she says were processing your prescription and you’ll receive a text when it’s ready I then say I’m here now and have work I live at Stateline and can’t come back at your convenience I then park and wait… 2 hours goes by I drive back to window and they still didn’t have my meds ready I then start taking it personally like what did I do to anyone?? I literally was 3 hours late for work and still didn’t have my meds!! Later that day I received a text saying it’s ready for pick so glad they work at there own convenience who cares if you have a job life kids live in the next town over they don’t care they take there time and work at there own convenience.

They never have my order completed in a timely manner.. Sometimes it's one or two days after i've gone to the doctor that my prescription is ready.

Kootenai Health is forcing their employees to use this pharmacy or we will be punished with higher copays if we choose another pharmacy. I’ve now tried picking my meds up multiple times here and it’s alway a wait sometimes 45min, always understaffed because they can’t keep up with the volume of people now coming to them. Isn’t this unethical of Kootenai Health to force this just one more way to make $ off of their employees!

Staff is wonderful usually ready when they tell you it's going to be ready they just don't have name brand medication that I would like to get but nobody in Idaho can get the name brand we all only get the generic which is generic and you can tell but I guess that's not the pharmacist fault or is it?

Definitely agree with Lisa. Old team was much better. Was told script would be ready in 30. Came back and ,"oops, sorry. I was in a team meeting."
