**** Attention CDA Furniture buyers*** I can say hands-down this is the best furniture store in Coeur d’Alene. My sales person was Terry, but Michael Shea was the one who works with my son and I on picking out the right laz boy recliner. I’m super happy with the choices we made, and was able to bring it home the same day! my new, go to furniture store and should be yours too!

We have been customers with Koerner for 10 years, we have no issues. Terri, in sales, is friendly, funny and knowledgeable with no pressure sales. Reasonably priced, We purchased a new bed and are happy with it. Delivery guys, Griffin & Justin, are friendly and professional and they took care of setting it all up. We would buy from them again. Highly recommended

Nice bedroom king bed. It was expensive. But it is very sturdy and worth the investment. The saleslady was great and the two delivery guys were very proficient and friendly. They set it up perfectly.VERY satisfied.

Excellent place to buy furniture. They have it in stock and you actually get to leave with the item or items you purchased, crazy thought huh. Well we went to several places and none had it in stock order it in etc nope we want to spend our money and leave w the item. We ended up at koerner as a last ditch effort to buy a couch and take it home that day/eve so rolled in at 4:45pm close to closing the staff were awesome never pressured us that closing was close helped us get exactly what we wanted and even had the warehouse guys load it up as they were packed up and heading home. Not one complaint from anyone!! Amazing place to buy from and locally owned and operated we will be back for sure. Even sent us a 50.00 off gift card for the next purchase from them. Highly recommended

Our guest bedroom looks beautiful now! The delivery guys kindly moved a huge metal desk out of that bedroom before bringing in a queen frame, mattress, headboard, and nightstand. Everything looks so nice together.
