The new ownership has increased my rent twice in less than a year. The first increase was almost double and the second increased by 20%.
This is unethical business practice and straight up predatory for people that don’t have the ability to move their things in a timely fashion.
I’ll be moving as soon as I can to avoid yet another unexpected rate increase. And will be exploring legal action as well…

BY FAR THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN TOWN! prices are great and the most outstanding thing about it their staff is amazing.! BETH was by far the main reason I gave a 5-star rating. she was very helpful and resourceful to me and my small business. she was also on top of keeping this facility on top of it. you would notice her cleaning, attending and shoveling snow nonstop! I would definitely recommend and come back if I need a storage.

We love the prices and ease of renting with Keylock Storage! We recently transferred into a bigger unit and it couldn’t have been easier! Beth at the Appleway location is absolutely amazing!! It’s because of her customer service that we will continue to use their storage for all our business or personal needs!
